They knew the natural color of nail powder I prefer but used something else entirely...without asking...that was orange, horrific and had to be covered with the featured nail polish to TRY to get it to a more "natural" color. I kept trying to tell them I did NOT like it but they kept literally telling me "you like it...it's nice" while I was saying no, I don't, it's ugly. I left upset and posted a review reflecting my experience. The manager sent a text offering a fix or a refund so I asked for a refund so she then called telling me she would only give me a refund IF I removed the review FIRST! I told her I would be glad to update the review to reflect the company's positive response to handling the issue. She hung up on me and has not given a refund! This place is NOT honest or trustworthy in their dealings!

I made an appointment with Teresa and when I called them to let them know that I had hurt my foot and could I reschedule to Saturday, they told me that Teresa doesn't do pedicures!!
