She went above and beyond. Met all my needs. Discussed the prices of everything (which were very reasonable BTW) before we got started and my hair has NEVER looked better (plus my nails and toenails are equally happy). So no appointment necessary which works for my whack schedule and was able to fit me in at the last minute. I even got a free neck massage. Wait..what?? I forgot how nice the pedi massage chairs are while getting a nice and warm foot bath! The salon has a really calming atmosphere and the manicurists were very sweet and welcoming. Rose did my pedi and she was thorough and was sure to make sure that everything was comfortable and not too hot. The staff also makes sure that they offer drinks if you are thirsty. My manicurist did my nails while I was also getting my pedi. My nails are very thin, brittle, split easily and grow somewhat curved but they were both able to make them look so pretty! Most salons I have sent a request to refuse to respond to clients during non-business hours, so that was impressive to me. Second, I didn't think I would be able to get an appointment until Tuesday, but she got me in on Monday. Third, her prices are reasonable. She sent me a text about 30 minutes before my appointment with more detail on how to get to the salon, which was a nice touch, and much appreciated since I'm new to OKC. The salon is next door on the west side) of Miracle Revival Church and across from Sunnyside Diner. There is free parking on the street and I believe there is some parking in the lot next to the salon where diner patrons also park. The brick building looks very similar to the church so you could easily miss it. When you walk in the door that says "Inspired Nail Bar," there is another business to the right and hers is straight into the door in front of you. Her salon is nice and quiet. Kiki is the owner and only nail technician, so it's just the two of you unless you bring a friend or the next client comes in. I hadn't been to a private salon in quite a while, but I like it! I requested gel nails. She uses Kiara Sky, which I have seen, but never used. She took the time to talk to me, asked me what I wanted, what I liked and she made it a very pleasant experience.
