Long time 20 year, on and off, customer of this shop and I only come here for pedicures. They used to be the best at getting ingrowns and pushing my cuticles back to get the dead skin out but here lately they've hired younger workers who aren't as thorough with the pedicure. My last pedicure in November a younger worker did it but when I got home and went to bed, dry scratchy skin scraped my sheets. Not good! This last time,,1/3/26 another young worker did my pedicure and they didnt put the cuticle cream to soften the cuticles, they just go in and scrape after soaking a few minutes. They didnt use the "cheese grater " file either on my feet. Just a purple scrub brush. I did ask her to spend more time scrubbing on the bottom of my feet because it might look smooth but its dry..I also asked for short toenails without a toenail but she seemed scared to go shorter, unlike prior older and more experienced workers have done with no issue. This used to be my go to pedicure place but now I'm back to looking or maybe next time Ill give another chance and ask for an older worker, I'm not sure. Im just not happy with how my feet look or feel. The worker also forgot to put a topcoat on my toes, so they look blah, not shiny or anything. So I'll go buy a topcoat to put on myself but for $70 including tip, I shouldn't have to. So, my advice to you going here, avoid the workers who look 15, make sure they are thorough with scrubbing your feet since they don't scrape, and make sure they put a topcoat. read more

Very painful experience. Something was left in my water that caused me to have some sort of chemical burn. Didn't get my full service because of an immediate rash that broke out of my foot. The owner did not take it seriously and made me feel very unheard. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a fun, relaxing experience- not painful. I'm sharing this because I believe the salon needs to take customer safety concerns seriously and ensure proper cleaning and care. I hope this feedback helps prevent this from happening to someone else. Further, I believe salons should take care of their customers. I truly believe I shouldn't have been charged and receiving only a $5 discount after being hurt and not receiving the full service is wrong. I would have paid to NOT of gotten my nails done this day with how bad it hurt. I didn't make a big deal about it when I was there and they definitely used my kindness towards their businesses advantage. I had Paula do my full-set acrylics & a relaxing pedi on a girls' day out (while on vacation in Oklahoma), with my daughter. Steph had Haylie doing her French manicure and nail design (I didn't get the girls name who did he pedi). Every time I visit, we go have a girls' day, and mani/pedi day did NOT disappoint! Asked for a full set acrylic nails for my birthday to be pampered. I brought my own nails, liquid and powder. I asked how long she has been doing nails cause she put nails on all wrong and powder dripping off my nails. It was The worst nail experience in my life and I'm a retired nail tech. I use this location frequently. The ladies are nice and listen if you want something special. They will try to accommodate you. However, the quality, care, and duration of service(s) varies greatly. As a nail salon they do good work, not outstanding work. Also, one of the guys walks around and is loud and jokingly flirty with the girls. It is often cringeworthy. I guess that's his personality. My coworkers and I have been trying to find a good, quick nail place to go at lunch and I think we've found the spot! There are several salons in MWC and we've had issues finding one that we like. The place nearest to our office are somewhat sloppy and one of us always ends up leaving with bleeding cuticles and paying too much for a gel manicure. I found Nails2K on Yelp and the reviews were pretty good, so we decided to try it on Thursday. We were greeted promptly, didn't have to wait, and none of us walked away bleeding! They are reasonably priced, the manicure was detailed, and my nails look great! They even got us in and out in about 45 minutes, perfect for a lunch manicure! We'll definitely be back. read more

The nails me and my cousin got were okay,, Hers are super thin tho and the people were kinda rude and one of the ladies literally twisted my finger, they left the edges super sharp so we had to ask another lady to file them down (that lady was super nice ) She kept telling me that I shouldn't get the nails I wanted because the jewels and the dude that did my cousins nails had music playing and kept cussing at the phone . They were super roughy with our nails and Didn't do anything to our cuticles Also they reused the file when they did my cousins nails which isn't supposed to happen For the price we could have went to legacy spa and Nails and gotten a wAY better experience. Really liked this place! Clean and chic. I got a gel pedicure for $40. They polished up my feet and toes really well. The staff is super friendly and like to have salon talk with the customers which is fun. Their chairs are soo comfy and pluWill come back to try a manicure next time :) Update: went in today for a gel manicure. They took my old acrylic nails off and started my gel set. The tech cleaned up my cuticles very well and I loved the way she shaped my natural nail, they almost look acrylic! She then gave me a hand and arm massage with lotion :) for everything it was $35. I used to love this place because of their attention to detail in pedicures but yesterday I had a very uncomfortable experience. One of the nails tech, always sings very loudly to their music. This nail tech randomly came up to me and told me that I looked like a "thug." This was completely random as I hadn't spoke whatsoever throughout my entire service. I love this place, it's tucked back in a shopping center so i wouldn't have found it if I want looking so hard. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a deluxe pedi with matching polish. I'm horrible with names, but I had two guys working with me and their were amazing! I especially LOVED the pedi. My feet are so smooth and soft. BEST manicure I have ever had! I don't have high expectations and I'm never after perfection, but the last time I had the dip powder put on my nails before Christmas (at my usual nail place in Norman) the lady rushed through my manicure and I was left with bumpy, uneven, nails. I decided to not drive out of my way and try something closer-I was blown away at this place and by my nail technician. I think her name was Lucy(I'm terrible with names), but she made sure my nails were perfect. They also had so many color options, I had a hard time choosing but finally settled on something crazy and different from my usual pale pink or white glitter. I can't wait to go back! read more

The staff was very friendly and I was immediately greeted and helped. My only complaint is that my nails look NOTHING like the photo I showed, and when I tried to speak up and get it fixed, the man doing my nails couldn't understand what I was saying. Furthermore, I asked for a manicure before my set was put on, but that did not happen. When I said I wanted a manicure, he said "this is manicure." I usually drive to about 35 mins away for my nails to be done. I am rather particular about my nails. See, I'm a dog groomer so they don't stay pretty and it's an expensive habit. Today I took a gamble and gave this place a shot. By gamble I mean I scoured yelp and pictures lol This place is close To my job and I live in the area so as a person who works at a local business (paw prints ask for me! ) I want to support my local businesses. Beware! they don't take appointments. First come first serve. I did call ahead and they informed me of this so about an hour later I headed in and was immediately greeted by the nicest man and seated. my nail technician, Lynn, began the arduous task of removing my acrylics to perform the dipping powder on my natural nail. I'll be honest, I usual don't talk to my technicians. I hate small talk. But we bonded. And we talked and she was wonderful and the conversation was wonderful! (Harry Potter fans unite ) and it really does take forever to remove acrylics. She was gentle and patient. A big complaint amongst women when we get them done is that they're too thick and they don't look natural. My nails look wonderful and feel light and airy. The selection for the dipping powder is plentiful. You know the old saying you get what you pay for? Well it's a lie! They are beyond reasonable and the work is phenomenal! I wish I would have had cash to tip but they do have a tip line on the card receipt. I'm going back this weekend to try a pedicure. read more

My sisters and I went to this place to get 2 dips, a fill, and 3 pedicures. We should have read the reviews first. We experienced everything bad that people have said on here. The processes were rushed, they skipped steps like buffing and cuticle trimming. But wait it gets worse. They charged my card and gave me my receipt for a certain amount. Then, when I checked my bank transactions they charged me $50.00 more than I had signed for. They literally stole from me. When I called them to confront them they told me to call my bank and ask them why really? Who does that?? This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I came here because the place I usually go to was booked. I only asked for a gel manicure, with a chrome polish. Literally nothing extra, nothing complicated. Apparently, she had never used the gel polish before which was not figured out until have way through when somone else had to come and help. Instead of removed the ones that were messed up and looked awful, she just continued to slather more layers of polish on. The polish was all over the edges of my cuticles, which i pointed out at least 4 different times, but only some were cleaned up. By the time I left it looked like a child had done my nails. They were chipping off by day 2, which I guess is a good thing because of how awful they looked. Completely off by end of week 1. I am so mad that I paid $50.00 for such a waste of time. I wish I would have just waited a few days to go someplace else. Absolutely will never go back. read more

In full disclosure we have been coming here for like 6 years. Because they are awesome. They have a beautiful place when you relax just by the design of the atmosphere. Today we went for a pedicure. They have a variety of choices of type of pedicure and then within the chosen type are a wonderful selection of smells to choose from. While they are doing your pedicure they communicate with you to ensure what they are doing feels good. Like when they massage the feet, some people don't like it. Or when they use the scrubber on the feet...it tickles me so they go easy whereas with my mom doesn't like it at all so they omit it. We have never met a person here we did not like as they are all friendly and kind. Their services are priced fairly but I recommend getting a reservation if you go on a weekend as they do fill up. I recommend this place for both manicure and pedicure. I will write a review on manicure next time I get one. read more

everything went great at this place at first. i got sat with this nail tech and she was super nice, she took my nail polish off and then another lady had me move (which i'm pretty sure she was being nice because she moved me back by my friend) but the guy that i got after being moved was terrible. he didn't say ANYTHING to me while he was doing my nails, besides actually yelling "don't move don't move" anytime i moved in the slightest bit. i understand i need to stay still, but i was barely moving and he was straight up yelling yelling at me. he was watching videos on his phone the entire time he was working on my nails, and he was cussing at his phone every 15 minutes or so (when a video came on that he didn't like) and it just made me super uncomfortable. he was SO rough when he was filing my nails down that i almost cried at multiple points, it literally felt like my nails were going to snap off more than once. he didn't file the corners down one single bit so they were SO sharp, i scratched my face trying to itch. he didn't touch my cuticles AT ALL, not even to push them down! so my nails look dry and crusty. my nails are so thin, they feel like they're going to snap off when they get the slightest pressure put on them. he also missed patches on the side of my nails on most of them. i have acrylic stuck to my skin (the acrylic that's on my nail is also attached to my skin), i cant get a picture were you can see it though. my pinky nails are different lengths, and not just by a tiny bit, it's a big difference. when he was filing my nails down, he didn't have a towel or anything underneath my hands, so i felt all of my nail shavings and it was disgusting. also when i went in i showed him a picture of what i wanted (when i showed them the picture they told me it would be $55, but when we paid they charged $68 for them) french fade with glitter ombré on my ring finger and a few jewels on my pointer finger. he didn't do anything but the french fade, i had to remind him about the other stuff, and then he got someone else to do it and she was super nice! i got my nails done on the 8th, it's the 10th currently and one of my nails is already lifting. based on my experience, i would NOT recommend this place to anyone. maybe if you got the right tech idk. but my tech was so rude and rough and did not do a very good job on my nails. read more

I had a $45 pedicure here. When I got home I noticed there were pin holes and a lot small bubbles on both of my big toes. I called and went back for a repaint today. They were not nice about redoing it although I had already called. They look worse than the first time. It's embarrassing to pay money and have my nails look like my 8 year old niece painted them. I bet my niece would do a better job! Sorry about the rough looking toe in the photo, but I just had a pedicure on Tues. and a touch up today to fix all the pin holes and bubbles.
