The last straw was my daughter and I went for manicures. We waited 45 minutes even though we had an appointment. Lyly the owner started the shellac removal in both my hands and one of my daughters and left the other. We tried to get her attention however she was answering the phone and doing nails for customers. She came back and we told her and she chastised us for not letting her know! Really!!!! We finally got into the manicures we each picked colours based on the examples. Lyly did my daughters nails and she picked a light colour almost neutral. As it was being done it looked like prom dress pink my daughter a young adult said something and Lyly did not address the issue. My daughter continued to tell her that the other girl put two colours and Lyly demanded my daughter tell her which two as she must know in order for her to do it. My daughter ended up with bright pink prom dress( turns out that's the colour Lyly used) on her nails. She left in tears as she had a function that night and was so embarrassed. We are now 2.5 hours invested and Lyly has no resolve for this. We will never return and we were loyal 3 year customers monthly manicures and bi monthly pedicures. That will be the last time Lyly will get my money as we left there and went to the brand new salon passion nails. Wow they were so helpful they fixed my daughters nails for a small cost but that smile when they were fixed was priceless. Not…read moreonly did I feel rushed through, my esthetician was very rough with pedicure, never changed her gloves after touching door handles and other equipment being used on other people! Not only was so rough with my feet that the pedicure was not relaxing, she rushed through the buffing of my heels so quickly she actually cut my foot with the buffing tool. Since my pedicure I've had to constantly be aware that my cut does not get infected. So disappointed! And my pedicure lasted for 20 minutes, I was a walk in client, but I would have rather them turned me away instead of giving me a rushed through, dirty, terrible experience

And then my husband came and got his beard and hair cut too. Everything was fantastic and I am super excited for our wedding Friday. They accommodated me getting in last minute when I was canceled on last minute. They met my expectations and knocked them out of the park. Noey prefer to make appointment so she can give each customer the attention and awesome service she feels you are entitled too. She still trys to accommodate walk-ins but is totally worth the wait. Both are awesome hard working, talented women. Glad I got a chance to meet and work with them both
