At least the staff were friendly enough, so the experience wasn't a complete mess, but the services provided we're mediocre despite the name. I called ahead of my appointment as I realized I hadn't specified I already had gel polish on that would need removed. The gentlemen that answered the phone was so friendly and easily made the adjustment to my time slot. Upon arrival to the spa we were warmly greeted. The setting is serene. The staff that did our pedis were friendly and professional. For an outing to treat Mom it's perfect. Otherwise I don't normally spend that price on my everyday pedicure.
