Not even a week and my gel set it cracking! I paid over $100 for the WORST mani/pedi ever. Only went here because it was convenient but I will never be back. I should have taken a hint when there were no other customers in the salon when I went. this my LAST time coming to this place! i don't know if it's the quality of polish they are using or not but I don't understand why if I got my feet done YESTERDAY with gel on my toes and the paint is already chipping. the last time I came and got my nails done (with gel) and my nail was lifting. there shouldn't be a reason why I have to come back for them to retouch the work they do within 24 hours. I paid $100 for my nails and toes and gave a $20 too each time! I will not be returning here no more. I pay way too much money to keep coming back with hours of getting service to get a retouch. On a Thursday night I arrived at 6:30 and waited 90 minutes to do my nails. The pedicure was great. My full gel set was a disaster. The girl who did it was sweet but still a fresh technician with under 5 years experience. I don't know that I entirely blame her; however, my nails did not come out attractive. The design wasn't good, she could use practice in that area. But That's not the worst part. She recommended a nude color with was leaning peach color. Once she applied it, it started forming a yellow stain on the nails. The owner was there and we both explained to him the issue. It was defective product that he bought and she applied on my nail set. It was already 9:30pm and I couldn't stay longer redo the nails. So I requested a deep discount because I was going to have to go somewhere else to redo the nails. He explicitly stated that I won't be getting a discount. He continued by saying it's not his fault that he bought a defective product. He didn't know it was defective. I repeated that I deserved a discount. He then stated I would get $6 off a $56 full gel set. I decided I was not going to keep arguing and I left. People should be more mindful of who they are talking to. He had no idea who a customer is or their ability to report their business because they are using defective products on your skin and nails and it is affecting your health. I've added photos to showcase the nail set. A couple mess. The yellow shows through on the fingers closest to the thumbs. Also, The thumb on my right hand was not even finished. I added that picture as well. I hope the owner has enough sense not to respond to my review because it will not help your case. Again, the pedicures are solid but don't dare get your nails done there because they are in fact using defective product and so not care about your customers or value your health. I should also add, he still charged me full price after saying that he would take $6 off. So the owner is a liar and doesn't care about your mail health! Be careful ladies. read more

Visiting Atlanta and was looking for a nail salon nearby. I'm glad I chose this place! Fast service. Not overly friendly but fine by me as I'm not really a talker. Tom who did my nails did them perfectly! The laying of the acrylic was perfect before he even started filing them. The nails were a bit pricey but they're worth it. The salon is spacious and clean. I found this nail shop on yelp. Thanks to the reviewers. This shop is close to my house and I have driven past it a million times I know. The Nail shop is in a shopping center with a little ceaser pizza ,a convenience store, tattoo shop, barber shop and a boutique. I needed SNS on my nails. I was greeted and asked what service I needed when I walked into the nail salon. It was busy relating to the ratio of clients to nail technicians. I waited for 15 minutes before I was seated to soak my previous SNS polish off. Some guy (I assume he was the owner) came with a bowl of cold ass acetone, I told him he needed to put that bowl in a bigger bowl of hot water. He said ok and came back and asked me if I wanted my nails wrapped like the gel, I agreed. It took every bit of 45 minutes. Once my nails where ready to apply the dip powder, all of sudden I was being serviced by another tech, so I had to move to another nail station. He was okay. I paid for my services and left. I wont be returning to this establishment read more

I hated the fact that my last tech rushed on my nails, so that alone made me try another Salon. I came across Nail Check, and accidentally found my new nail tech. I believe her name is Nina, she sits in the first seat to the right. I kept telling her she's gained a new customer, and I was correct. She took her time and properly did my nails, I didn't have to tell her anything but the length and color. #Perfect The location is very clean and the service is amazing. Not one nail lifted. First time going today! T did my nails , I'm not sure of the name of the woman who did my toes but I just want to say they are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING here!!!!! I am very very particular about how I want my nails and my toes! When I tell you I didn't have to ask for anything extra, I was so surprised. I usually have to guide nail salons in the right direction but not this one, both the nail tech and toe tech did amazing. I'm just in love! I highly highly recommend the salon! read more

I wish i could give this salon less than one rating . Although i did not get my nails done here I'm rating them on the customer service. I wanted to give this place a try because it was recommended by my sister. So I set out early today thinking I would enjoy a lil pamper day but that was shortly lived after arriving to the place . They opened at 10 but I got there about 9:45am because I wanted to be the first one. I sat in my car and walked to the door at 9:55am. A nail tech was inside doing someone nails( I presume it was a regular customer of hers that she had an early appointment for, cool). The door was lock but I didn't mind waiting because I knew they opened at 10, however common courtesy would be if you see customers approaching would be to at least acknowledge them. 9:59am comes and she still did not open the door by this time she was finished and walked to the back, still without opening the door (it was also cold outside also adding to my irritability). Fast forward, another lady approaches the door asking if they are closed..she was the rude lady's 10am appointment. I guess the customer inside felt sorry for us and opened the door to let us in. At this time another customer joined us. As the rude lady approaches she still does not acknowledge us (besides her customer) and shrugs her shoulder to say no one is here..not even apologizing for the other workers being late and asking if we mind waiting. So i asked her for Nina (who was recommended by my sister) she says oh i don't know if she's coming today , I was so over her uncaring attitude. I was so over the nail salons in Fayetteville. From my experience, they had limited services, rude, and unprofessional. I saw a review of this nail salon and decided to make the 12 min drive from Fayetteville. I'm glad that I did. The nail salon has a lovely decor and the staff is pleasant and professional.
