First time at this salon, but they had great reviews. Everything was good until the tech starting filing down the nail. I kept flinching so he'd know it was hurting but he continued. In the about 3 of my nails were sore but my thumb was bleeding the worst. The young lady that painted my nails was very polite and delicate. She did a great job. I visited Anna's nails and spa Friday and I will describe my experience. I am a nail biter and my cuticles are always thick so the tech Helen offered a manicure in addition to my request of a full set. The manicure was lovely I had so much excess skin that she removed. My full set was supposed to be a gel polished / coffin shape. I loved the service and the tech was polite but the shape is off - my nails are leaning and slightly bulky! As a nail biter they are better than nothing but staff needs to work on their shaping and use of products! The cost was 65 for a full set coffin shape and manicure with gel polish & to me these don't look like $65 so I'm docking the score due to price and finished product! read more

This was my second time here. I love trying out new salons so when I saw Anna's I was excited to stop by! My first visit was just okay. I went in for a full set and pedi and I felt like they were just trying to rush and get me outta of there because of the wait. I also showed the owner a picture of the design I wanted but she said she couldn't do it I was really disappointed but stayed since I was already there. My second visit I honestly had no intention on ever coming back but I needed my nails done that night and everywhere else was closing. I came in for a full set and my tech was Nae I think I've found my forever nail tech! She was so nice and listened to everything I wanted. She took her time and unlike my first visit I was relaxed and not rushed. It shows in the outcome of my nails! She was so funny and great to talk to I felt like an old friend was doing my nails! My boyfriend and I have been for pedicures about 4 times and we love this service. I've had SNS on my hands twice and I did not like how the nail tech did my nails the first time, the most recent time I requested someone different and she did a great job and took 1/3 the time the First Lady did. She actually showed me more colors too. The First Lady assumed I wanted glow nails so she didn't bother to show me the other colors, I'm 30 so idk why she thought I wanted glow in the dark nails. She applied a color to my nail and told me it wasn't glow in the dark. Got home and they definitely were. I had an excellent experience at Anna's Nails and Spa. Their services are reasonably priced for the area and they don't charge extra for longer nails. I received a gel pedicure and Sns with tips. My nail tech British was great, not only did she have a sweet personality but she did a fantastic job on my nails and took the extra time to ensure her work for precise and to my liking. She also helped me picked a color and suggested add ins that would complement that color. Would definitely recommend you to go and ask for her. read more

I went in for a short full set with colored - glow in the dark acrylic. Them mfs popped of within the first 2 days . I went in for a pedicure the next day and asked them to fix it. It took them an entire hour just to address me in the salon and it was barely full. When they did get to me they only asked about my pedicure. I kept reminding them of my nails and kept dismissing it. Went in again the following day after litterally all of my nails popped of the next day and no one was will to address me AT ALL untill the girl who did my nails came back to work . But just previously they offered to fix the nail and give a small refu. Now they refuse to do anything until they talk with the nail tech who did my nails. read more

I've gone to this spa twice. The pedicure is always lovely but both times my full-set has been done horribly. I've been to 2 different technicians at this point, so I'm not sure if they're being properly trained, but the acrylic nail on my nails is horrible and lumpy. The sides of my nails are never covered. Even after asking her to file them down to even them out, they were still horribly uneven. The acrylic close to my cuticle is so thin that most of my nails have popped off after 4 days and I've resorted to super glue to keep appearances. Will not be coming back for a third time. read more

I came here on Father's Day with my boyfriend and his daughter. Had high hopes for the experience but i was mistaken. They had us sit for the pedicures before picking a color in hopes to coerce me into paying for gel. Once they realized that i couldn't be persuaded, they proceeded to give me the sloppiest, poorest excuse for a pedicure i have ever experienced. As you can see in the pictures my toes were filed to different lengths and my pinky toe was even partially torn off. It hurt when this happened initially and i asked her what was going on and she said i had an ingrown. No such thing was the case because I'd just gotten my toes done 2 weeks prior and only really wanted a color change with the sea scrub. Afterwards she paints them terribly and not all the way to the base, then soaks the sides with acetone, which obviously stung like hell being that i now had an open wound thanks to her. I went to this salon for the first time. My experience was decent with a few hiccups. The person accidentally put a French white color on my thumb as the base instead of the actual base. He realized his error and grabbed the correct base, but did not move to fix the nail. I asked if he could fix it, so the color would be the same as the rest of the nails, but he basically told me no and it would look fine ( but it did not). Before I could say something else, he took a good look at it and then asked if I didn't like it (I didn't) so he said he would fix it. I feel as though if I never said anything in the first place, he would have tried to have me leave the salon looking crazy. My thumbs were also too wide. They looked like those flared nails while I do not like, so I had to go home and attempt to salvage them. I didn't bother asking if he could narrow them out anymore because I could tell it would not get any better. Overall I like my nails aside from the thumbs ‍. I would come back. read more

It's not super packed and they always greet you with a smile every time I come in. I don't really have a favorite nail technician here only because everyone does an awesome job.
