The first time I overlooked it but this is the second time I've come in for a set and ended up with chopped polish , broken acrylic within 3 days or less. I got my nails done Friday - by Sunday they had gone to hell and by Monday I knew I needed to get my nails completely redone. I called the shop and naturally because it didn't happen I 24 hours it's considered regular wear and tear. If you come her DEMAND an extra top coat on your gel polish don't let them charge you extra - tell them the polish always chips. It could be bc I try abnormal colors that aren't continuously cycled but nobody deserves old polish. I can say they are pretty good with designs and inspo pictures; but other than desperation I won't be coming back anymore .

The interior is nicely decorated, and this is one of those nail shops that serves beverages with a service, so I had a hot ginger tea it was absolutely exactly what I needed and delicious. My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire. One of her colleagues came over and input a five dollar discount, which was definitely less than 10% of my bill. Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the wait was short. Since I was already seated decided on the pedicure as that was truly what I needed. Again, I was continuously offered up charges like the gel polish despite stating I just wanted a basic manicure due to the damage received from previous gel applications. The attendant was not happy at my adamant desire for the basic pedicure, and felt that she was very rough with my feet. I did explain to the lady who would've done my manicure that I just wanted upfront pricing and basic services at this point. Overall, the pedicure process was decent although I don't believe I received all the bullet points listed under the basic manicure like the massage. The polish color options were plentiful (see swatches), and believe it's the same polish that is used in a gel process. I was told that I'd have to sit for about 15 minutes due to the glitter in the polish I selected and not getting the gel instant dry. Had no problem sitting as it was the end of my day. My problem was that the attendant just left and I did hear her mentioning that she was going home to someone else. Waited for her to return and say something to me (I'm done , thank you, goodbye...something!) as well as receive the tip I had for her. That did not happen, and had to search for my shoes before I left as they were wedged in a corner behind a stool.
