The service here was TERRIBLE, my little cousin went to LEELEE and that lady highly rude she did not have good customer service at all! Were currently leaving at 7:50pm after getting there at 5:40pm on 3/14/24 and the nails were rushed and a hot mess and while i was trying to explain to the lady all the places she missed and messed up at it made the lady mad and she was yanking my cousins hand telling her not to listen to me (mind u she's 13) and telling her that it's fine and she began to keep adding layers so sloppily and all of those layers were highly unnecessary how is this lady even employed here?! I should have known the service would have been terrible once we had to pay before the polish was even on, what a waste of time and money. read more

Went here for the first time today, walked in and was concerned because the place did not look to clean. She sat down to do my nails while doing someone else's as well the towel she used to wipe the acrylic off the brush was so old. They had no color charts to lick out your color they only had the Polish on the wall. It was as not to bad as a whole just supper unclean read more

My daughter and I went in for pedicures. We were told to sit in a chair, and they filled the tubs with water. After we watched her give a pedicure and take the toe separators out from another client's toes and place them on the cart for reuse, we started assessing the place. It was filthy! The tools she was going to use on us looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The dressers and counters were dripping with dusty mess that I can't even describe. First off the Nail salon is very dirty. There isn't a specific wall to get nail polish, it's scattered throughout the salon. The polish is soooo dated and dry looking. The tools they use do not look sanitary & some of the paints were uncovered. That alone should have been a red flag to leave the place and head to a different salon. A friend recommend I go to the am older male AND ONLY HIM I was told. Due to the time & him having people waiting him before me I decided to go to a woman. WORST DECISION EVER. The woman was doing 3 people's nails at the same time - very unprofessional. I sit down with her and begin my nails and immediately knew they were going to come out terrible 1. She rushed the acrylic, therefore the acrylic was chunky. (I asked her are you going to fix that? She says... "oh yes hunny I will, due to the weather the acrylic look like that" .. I could not make this up lol 2. As she's filing and shaping she abruptly finishes one hand then hands me over to the next person to continue to finish the job she started. 3. The 2nd woman couldn't speak English so I pointed out the mistakes on my nails and asked her can it be fixed. She nodded yes.. RIGHTTTT! 4. The 2nd woman is finishing up my nails and I ask her if she's gonna fix the nails, she starts yelling at the first woman who was doing my nails in their native language. 5. So i walk up to the First Lady and I'm like.. my nails aren't finished. She's like "well because you wanted a coffin shape the acrylic would look weird because of your nail shape.. So you mean to tell me my natural nail is supposed to be exposed. She tried to argue with me & at this point I was like we are gonna agree to disagree and take these off... The moment I walked in, I should have trusted my gut & left based on the appearance itself. I even asked another lady if they were any good... LIES! I'm HIGHLY DISSATISFIED & frustrated with how my nails look. I showed the nail tech a picture of a very simple French style design and she said she could achieve it. The design isn't just the issue, but the quality of my nails are a complete Nightmare. First of all, she literally finished the design in like 10, 12 minutes tops. The surface and polish is severely uneven and clumpy and the clear top coat isn't even smooth. Not to mention they only accepted cash and asked me to pay half way through the service being fully complete. This is what happens when you're disloyal to your nail tech. Do not go here! read more

I had to leave to get cash and come back. I came back. Not much of a variety of polish to choose from. Some bottles had dust on them. The polish bottles were old. I got pedicure only. When I went to soak my feet, it was like it had been filled some time ago. I had to ask for hot water. She cleaned my feet and got the excess skin off. Then painted my toes and was done. No foot massage. No leg massage. Nothing. Then charged me. $38! I'm very disappointed. I won't be back. read more

I've been going here for years. Have defender the owner at least once in the years I've been going there. However, I feel the level of service, the quality as well as any respect has albeit gone. To add insult to injury she tells me to come on any other day..um hello. I've been coming there for years, I'm clearly aware of the ideal days to come; I came on the day I could. In addition I was charged more than normal, but the fill and the designs were the worst I've had since the first time I got my nails done...ever. The rude attitude as well as the messy job on my hands and feet leave me finding I need a new salon. I dont encourage anyone to go here anymore. I'm familiar with people having bad days. I normally get my nails done every 2 weeks, I chose Nails Elite today just to see how good they were... I was sadly disappointed. The only good thing I can say is service was quick, and i didnt have to wait. I walked in, the lady greeted me and I was seated right away. A guy/girl (not sure which one it was??) sat down to do my nails, I was immediately confused, he had on enough foundation and lipgloss for 2 people. He got under my skin instantly because everything was rushed.. He jumped right in and started my nails, he didnt seem to be able to focus because everything going on around him distracted him... I wanted him to stay focused on mine .... He piled on so much nail polish that I had bubbles in it. And he didnt paint all the way to the edges .. Funny thing was he was so proud of his work he held my hand up to show his co-worker how "beautiful" my nails were.. Granted, from a distance they appeared to be beautiful.. Up close? Not so much... I really wished I would've read the other reviews before coming here. I needed a mani-pedi while in Richmond for the day. Let's just say I REALLY appreciate my nail tech back home. The acrylic is thick and when I asked him to file it down I was met with resistance. He didn't put a base coat on my nails for the gel. He wasn't thorough on my pedi and both polish jobs looks like something I could have done myself. Maybe there are other techs who do a better job but I won't be back to find out read more
