If you want quality work this is NOT the place for you. From their lackluster customer service to their utter disgust to have to do what they're in the business of doing, I'm completely disappointed. The pedicure was rushed, there was zero massage just some creepy scratching with disgusting long nails from this man that worked there. EWWWW GROSS! My nail polish was sloppy and was not even dried by the time they were rushing me out to pay... and my manicure looked like a child had done it! Uneven coats, uneven filing, sloppy sloppy sloppy! What's even funnier is they rushed me to pay AFTER a guy came in to get a fill and manicure on these long nasty nails and he RAN out without paying and they didn't do anything about it! But they treated ME like I would run too by ushering me to pay right away! This place is a mess! I will never return and I strongly suggest you dont even waste your time giving them a try. I also happened to be in their shop when a customer called to complain about their service and they screamed at the customer and then allowed their clients to intervene and also yell at the customer on the phone as well!?! I've never seen such a classless situation, that is most certainly NOT how you handle a customer complaint! Absolutely reprehensible! They clearly have their favorite customer base and are uninterested in new business with the way they treat new clients. The owner ( short guy ) who's balding. He's very rude and make you feel uncomfortable the moment you walk in. I noticed how I was greeted as opposed to the white customers. I was instantly told 45 mins as a deterrent for me to leave which I stayed. He welcomed the white customers and never mentioned the wait time. I also couldn't help but notice signs all over the salon that reads verbatim " ATTENTION we have the right to refuse you!" this is not a place where a person of color should spend their money. My whole time waiting he gave me dirty stares for no reason at all. If your looking for quality work and great customer I'd strongly suggest NOT EVER STEPPING FOOT at this salon. The man caught a nasty attitude with me as soon as I asked him for his opinion on my nail color options and he dismissed me saying "I'm not doing your nails". And continues to say things under his breath and walks off. He glared at me my entire time there and he wasn't even the one doing my nails!! On top of that I got charged 55$ for regular gel French tips when that price wasn't listed nowhere on the Price Board at the shop so I was extremely confused. This place sucks. The owner, I assume is the only man working there had the most disrespectful and downright mean scowl on his face staring at me the entire time I was in there. I felt like he did not want me in his establishment which I have never been to before. He constantly kept his ugly scowl pointed at me the entire time to the point where I was about to ask what his problem is because I felt very uncomfortable with his rude behavior. I don't know what this man's issues are but, apparently they're plentiful. I should have walked out immediately and that is my fault. She took off my nail polish and by the time she explained the price I didn't want the service so she rudely forced me to pay 2 dollars for a service I didn't ask for or request. I really wanted to like this place. I have been here 5 times now, hoping that if I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that the service would get better. Unfortunately, I am not able to give this place more than 1 star, due to their lack of professionalism, horrible service, and poor quality. The family that owns and works here is so incredibly unprofessional and negative. Not people persons at all. You never know who to tip because each associate cycles through your services with utensils and tools that seem to be used and not sanitized. They are constantly eating at a manicure stand in the middle of the shop and speaking negatively about and complaining about this and that. They watch TV instead of pay attention to what they are doing -- which leads to awful looking manicures and pedicures. Additionally, each time I have been here, for both gel manicures and pedicures, they speed through their service which result in gel manicures that lift after a week because they paint over the skin, and pedicures that are far from relaxing. They begin pedicures underneath the manicure stand so your spa pedicure is more uncomfortable than it is relaxing. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon, and I would advise you to steer clear as well. read more

I always get so many compliments on my nails at work and tell people this is the spot I come to. The younger girls are in college and it's refreshing conversation, the older couple working there are just as entertaining. Yes, they do rotate about but honestly I believe it is because one person might excel at a certain process and vice versa. I always ask for a little design on top of my gel polish and the freehand work is beautiful. I've never been one to find a nail place, I usually float about, disappointed by service, communication, price or hygiene; This place is now where I go each time. I love the look of oval/round nails, Nail Experts listened and I have the shape I've gone to two other places and tried to get but always walked away with weird stubby little squares. They don't mind trimming them down either, I work with a LOT of boxes/cardboard so inch long tips is NOT my goal. The prices are fantastic as well! read more

This place is the only nail salon I will go to in Crestview! It's family owned and operated and they all speak english (unless they are picking on eachother) lol. The pedi chairs are all new and they always use liners. My acrylic nails always come out perfect, and if I have a special request they are always willing to work with me. In just over a year I have become a regular there and they always remember me, and ask about my kid and my job. Terrible!!! I simply required mani/pedi gel polish. I had 4 technicians rotate during this process. The young lady that painted my nails, applied polished like a 4 year old, on top of my cuticles, which lifts away as the nail grows. An amateur mistake. Took 2.5 hours for a simple mani/pedi gel. Crazy!!! See attached picture. You'll notice the polish lifting away from my toenails. One polish already lifted completely off of the nail and I had to pull it off. It's been 5 days!!! I asked them to add a 3rd layer of polish because you could still see thru the color at 2 layers. Ridiculous that I would have to ask such a thing. That's typically something a technician would automatically suggest. They acted like it was burdensome to expect my nails to look like the sample nail. Idiots. Also, they do not wrap your nails to soak-off the old gel. They place your entire hands into a bowl of acetone. They didn't bother filing the top coat first. My hands sat in a bowl of poison for 25 minutes before I finally took them out and politely refused to put them back. Mind you, they tried 3 times to scrape off the polish at that point. Unsuccessfully. Eventually, I used my own thumb nail to scrape off the old gel, because like I said, they didn't pre-file the nail before soaking. So when they used their 'tool' to attempt to scrape off polish, it failed miserably. I'm from Washington DC, I grew up in Crestview. My nail salon in DC is same prices, but the quality is money well spent. This place has a bunch of amateurs who will waste your hard earned money. Stay clear!!! read more

I went here because several people had recommended this place. I will never go back. I asked for a pedicure and full gel set. The pedicure was awful. The man got up in the middle of my pedi and had someone else finish, but she didn't finish. She didn't finish filing my nails to even them out. She didn't do anything not even paint them. My full set was done acrylic with a gel polish. I told her that she wasn't doing gel she assured me that she was. She made my fingers bleed and my nails looked AWFUL!!!! My hands hurt for days. She got the acrylic over my cuticles so two of my fingers bled for a few days after. When paying for my services which was $68 she tried to short change me. I gave her $80 and she only gave me $2 back for change. I had to visit another salon to get them to fix what was done. read more
