The nail technician was cordial and pleasant. However, I have never been in a nail salon that was this noisy. There were two customers left in the salon, yet the staff talked continuously and loudly in their own language throughout my entire pedicure and manicure. It made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the service. It felt as though there was little regard for the customers' comfort, which was surprising. To make matters worse, today the clear polish on my nails lifted completely. The entire surface of the polish could be peeled off. Overall, this was a very miserable experience.

I had made an appointment online (yes you can make appointments online which is amazing!!!) and I was greeted by the receptionist. She let me pick my color and then Loni was ready to start my manicure. Everyone was very friendly at the salon. Loni did a great job turning my short nails into long beautiful nails with the dip powder. She informed me that the salon prides itself on being organic and only doing treatments that are good for you nails. I thought this was awesome! Overall I felt like the pricing was great for the quality of service I received. I have found my new favorite nail salon in town!

It's about speed for them and pushing more customers through. It was once relaxing process and not as often that way anymore if you get one of the men. Attention to detail is lacking with polish.
