I was recommended by an acquaintance to have eyelashes done at this salon. The first time the tech used cluster lashes. They really weren't what I wanted, but I usually don't make waves. So I tipped her 10 bucks on $80 and left. Two nights later, they started to fall out, so I used my own glue to put them back. The next day I went to have a pedicure/manicure at my usual salon, and was told by the technician that my eyelashes looked horrible. My tech suggested I call Milton Nail Lounge and inform them. MNS people were nice enough to tell me to come in and they would redo them. It was really a pain to remove them, and the Technician suggested I do the single lashes, for which there was a $40 up charge. I didn't mind, but again they were not exactly what I was looking for, and I tipped her $20 this time. Today makes 10 days that the eyelashes were done for the second time! Now mind you, I haven't washed my eyes in 10 days. I use a face cloth to go around them and then to wash the upper lids. So technically, very little water has really touched my eyelids. Today I looked down and at least four lashes were in the sink. They might do good a good job on nails, but they are awful at putting eyelashes on. I'm so disgusted, I paid a total of $170 with tips for nothing!!! read more

A manicure used to mean taking care of the cuticle and massaging the hand, there was none of that. The nails were done very sloppy with out care. I took my 3-year-old granddaughter with me to the salon. The technicians all loved her. She got her toenails and fingernails polished with different colors of polish with little white polka dots, and it was so cute! Didn't mind paying $25 to have that done, but the downside is that it's only been about 7 hours, and the polish is coming off already. My pedicure was nothing special, but I was super happy with my nail art. It looked very similar to the photo I showed my nail tech for inspiration. She had a very steady hand and lots of patience. My main problem was the communication barrier. Neither my tech nor my granddaughter's could speak or understand English. So when I told her the water wasn't even warm, she just smiled and nodded. I finally had to get her to stop and add hot water so I could enjoy myself. And when I said, "Not so hard," during my massage, she just kept right on going without changing anything. I just had to endure that. The price for my nails was $76 including the classic pedicure, nail art on 6 toes, and the up charge for having gel nail polish. I thought that was pretty reasonable considering the time it took to do the nail art. They do charge a 3% fee for any card transaction, so if you go there, make sure you bring cash. Overall, I will stick to my normal hole-in-the-wall salon in Pensacola where they speak minimal English but at least understand what I'm asking for--unless I need something special like nail art done. read more

went for my first time at this salon on Mother's Day. I made an appointment online. the appointment booking online was complicated on picking what to get because no details on what each offer was. First thing was there was no host so whoever was doing nails, had to stop in the middle of his clients to attend the desk, I thought that was annoying, especially for his clients, leaving middle of getting their nails done. (first red flag) second, I noticed they are under staffed so I wanted 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, to actually have someone get started on my pedicure. -note: I scheduled for a deluxe pedicure and manicure, as well as wax for eyebrows and upper lip. Thirdly, I was not offered any water or any beverage, yet elder ladies were offered. What I noticed is that the wine was being served in plastic clear party cups and not glass, so they did me a solid by not offering to me. ( second red flag) Fourth, with my pedicure, she rushed through, I scheduled for a deluxe milk & honey, for polished I wanted gel for French tips. It came out nice but I asked for color for base and white tips and she didn't do color that I wanted, just the basic light pink nude, which is not what I asked. the deluxe pedicure treatment was rushed and I believe she forgot I had even ordered that and did lotion last minute and did a hot towel and took the towel off while it was still warm. For me it seemed like she wanted me out the chair to get to the waiting clients. I tried having conversation during the service and it seemed like she just didn't want to be there and was overwhelmed to get through clients. I was told to sit at the pedi chair for a few minutes so they can have someone do my manicure. I waited 30 minutes. Now to the manicure, She was nice and held a conversa a little but it's okay. I suggested the color I originally wanted for my toes, to be for my pedi and she suggested to just do the same for my toes to match and she let me know that since I'm doing white tip it'll be easier that way. (I was not happy about that, and even tried to convince her to do what I requested and instead she continued to do what she wanted to do). I wasn't asked if I wanted a set or acrylic or anything, she only asked me what shape I wanted and I said almond and from there she shaped my natural nails. She used gel, she didn't ask if that's what I wanted. But I wanted gel anyway so that was fine, I just wish she would have asked instead of starting full send on my natural nails. She was the same person that did my upper lip wax and eyebrow wax. She admitted to taking off more than she wanted and she just stopped from there. She only cleaned up my brows, & didn't shape or anything. In summary, I honestly DON'T recommend going here unless its The only place you can go to for a quick nail fix. The Pricing is crazy. I got man and pedicure both with gel and white tips to make fresh tips. NATURAL nails (nothing added) and the upper lip wax and eyebrow wax. GUESS how much it all cost. Remind you this is Mother's Day, scheduled appointment. If you guessed LESS THAN $150, you're WRONG. It cost me $197 for something I could have done at home. For it being Mother's Day and I just wanted to get out of there with no problems with the staff and make a scene with clients that are there for their Mother's Day ,I asked to speak to someone and the "host" came and brushed me away and said to pay so he can go back to his client. I paid the ridiculous amount and went home. Again, if you're looking for a rushed environmenT, techs that's basically choose for you instead of doing what you're requesting that you're paying for and a place that servers beverages in clear plastic party cups instead of glass for wine, then this is the place for you. Wow! I'm new to the area and was looking for a salon nearby. Upon walking in, it was well decorated, looked clean, and staff was very attentive. I made an appointment but showed early and they were able to accommodate me very quickly. My pedicure was done very well. My manicure was TOP NOTCH. While moving here, I broke two nails (real). I was devastated of course. My technician fixed my broke nails and even one that had cracked. Definitely will be returning! read more
