I was just in having mine and my daughter's nails done for graduation. Ivy did my daughter's regardless of our appointment being with Tony. My daughter's nails were crooked and streaky. The design looked nothing like the inspection picture we showed. Our appointment was for noon. We didn't get done til after 3. We ended up coming back at 330 with only one girl working on her own. This lady took on three other repairs while we waited to get my daughters nails fixed! I understand it's mother's Day weekend and the owners had a graduation to go to as well but the rushed caused more work on this line lady trying to fix everyone's rush jobs. I wasn't going to leave my daughter's nails the way the were We will not be returning. I've gone here 3 times, been very satisfied so far. This is a surge for me as I'm retired. Last time I went in I hadn't decided on a color yet, so the tech just grabs a color and starts applying. Seemed ok color so I rolled with it. She finished VERY quickly and had added some flowers to 2 nails. When I went to pay, it was $60!!! I would NEVER have agreed to that if I had known. They completely half asses it and when I asked her to change the shape back to squared off like I originally asked she rolled her eyes and talked about me in Spanish, which I could understand. I needed some help with my nails as I had two that had broken off and old gel polish that wasn't holding up. I walked in shortly after opening. Everyone was very nice. They were able to fix my nails up, add tips to the broken nails and then did a gel polish to help with strength. I felt that they did a great job. The salon is older but everyone seemed nice. Since I moved to Plymouth I will only go to Nail Fever. Every time I go I have such a good experience and I always love how my nails turn out. No matter who I get, my nails are done exactly the way I want. They're affordable and as long as you make an appointment there's no wait. I love how my nails have turned out and if something breaks or chips they're always willing to fix it. I usually go to Sia or the gentlemen at station #3. Both are kind people and they don't make me feel like I need to make conversation. I can just sit, listen to a podcast, and zone out as I trust the process. Horrible service overall. Staff is mean and dismissive. I quite literally got an infection on my toe from the nail tech causing a wound during a pedicure. For 30 dollars, absolutely not worth the "pampering" they advertise. The toe nail polish was put on so sloppily and when they were asked to correct the issues, I was brushed off. There is also no wifi or service as soon as you step in the building. No TVs either. Will not be returning back and I advise everyone else to steer clear as well- save your toes from infection! read more

The man who did my nails was more worried about his YouTube video than anything else. I'm very simple with my acrylics. I always get medium length coffin white. The shape and length are perfect. I went in yesterday to simply have nail polish removed that I previously had on to save my natural nails after having acrylics on for a few months and to have my natural nails cut down a little, I was told they were too busy, could I come back later? I did not come back, There was no one waiting just people having the services done, I've been coming here for years and have never been treated that way, not impressed and will probably be going to find another nail salon to go to from now on. I wish I could give this place no stars with a review but I can't. I have never had such a horrible long experience at a nail salon before in my life. The woman who did my pedicure must have been straight off the streets, because she did not know what she was doing and no one would give her direction. She left polish on my nails from a previous pedicure done at the best salon I've ever been to. "Best nail spa in south bend". She didn't even file my nails after clipping them and left them jagged. I know have a swollen big toe and an infection from the pain I had to go through when she pulled my skin and nails back. Please do not go to this place. The employees are very nice. But the shop is very run down, and the quality of the services were very disappointing. My gel manicure had bubbles. And the regular polish put on my toes was lumpy. This salon is convenient for it's location. But, boy do they need to put some money into updating the place and getting new polishes. I won't go there again. Too bad. read more

This was my first time getting a full set although I have been to Nail Fever before. I came in with no appointment at 9:45 and they got started right away! I showed them a picture of what i wanted and what I got looks just like the picture. I was very pleased and had a good time. Honestly this place in ridiculous. I called to schedule an appointment for 11:00am. Showed up at 10:50am and they got me and my daughter in a seat quickly. Thought this would be a good experience. We then sat in the chair for over 40 minutes before they even started on our feet. The service tech was working and once she put the paraffin wax on my feet she walked away. Now I have been sitting here for 20 minutes with cold towels and paraffin wax on my feet while I watch her do another customers nails. This is the worst nail spa I have ever been too. Most of these customers are walk ins and are getting their services completed before mine and my daughters. This has taken over an hour for a simple pedicure and I am still sitting here. Not to mention they are not properly sanitizing the chairs after each customer. read more

Rude and Terrible service. We've tried the other nail salons in the area and service was slow so we'd thought to try this one. Scheduled and APPOINTMENTS (2 of them) AHEAD OF TIME for 2:30 pm and arrived 5 minutes prior to the appointment. They then proceeded to ignore us for several minutes. Finally at 2:40 they came up front and I explained we had an appointment and wanted to understand how much longer it would be as we had time constraints. The lady said "very soon now" and proceeded to not start with the girls until 3:15. We'd decided to leave and as we were getting up to leave they said, ready to start at just before 3pm which convinced the girls to stick around and wait. All they did was bring the girls to the back to sit for another fifteen minutes. Proceeded to get their full sets and the quality of the paint job would probably be called "terrible" or worse. Was not only treated horribly, but was not listened to when I asked for gel fill. Coffin shaped. I came in with plenty on nail to do it but left with numbs not shaped evenly! And was still charged for them!!!! Well... my experience here was terrible!! When i first walked in i already had a bad feeling. I got seated and waited 35-40 minutes just for the lady to even start doing my nails. she took 3 clients before me after i was there before all three of them. finally someone started doing my nails. i had went with a friend so me and my friend were texting eachother because we had been seated across the building. the guy doing my nails had told me to not text because it was messing up my nails. i didn't listen and kept typing. meanwhile my friend was being BURNT and HIT by her nail artist. the nail artist hit her hand multiple times because she was being burnt so she moved. the man doing my nails did the same. my next visit i was burnt aswell. before my second visit i had accidentally pulled one of my nails off so i went to get them all off. i had a bandaid on my nail because it was bleeding. the lady doing my nails had ripped my bandaid off with no permission. i had put my nails into the bowl and my nail started to burn so i took my broken nail out. the guy that was watching pushed my finger into the bowl causing my nail to bleed even more. after he took my nails off he was being very rough after i told him many times he was hurting me. read more

Contrary to the reviews on Google, my nails came out fantastic, he even repaired the one I had broken the corner off of. They were busy for a Saturday as was to be expected, I was acknowledged when I came in and asked what I wanted, and everyone was very nice, and my nails were done in an efficient manner. Getting a mani-pedi is a huge splurge for me. Unfortunately, this was a waste of my money. First, the woman who did my nails understood very little English other than to say "hello" and "fifty dollar." I tried to explain what I wanted, and the woman just did not understand. Another technician who presumably could translate tried to explain to her what I wanted. I then found a picture on Pinterest that showed exactly what I wanted, but apparently they do French nails one way and one way only....painting half of the nail white instead of just the ends. I gave up and let her do whatever since I was already going to be charged the full amount anyway. Just a little over 24 hours later, my polish is already chipping off, and this was not a housecleaning day or anything like that. Just a shoddy job of a manicure. This post is not to make a statement on the importance of learning English if you're going to live in America. Speak pig latin, I don't care. But if you're going to be in a business that serves a mostly English speaking clientele, you better have someone there who has a good grasp of the language. read more

If you go to this salon and there is a long wait... Make an appointment and come back at that time and they will take you over the people that have been sitting there before you originally walked in. I saw this happen last night and was very disappointed in how they handled it. They took the appointment first even after the customer said she was here before the other one even walked in and made the appointment.
