Caution!! I have gotten pedicures here several times. However, the most recent time left me with 2 big toes that end up infected. One toe healed on it's own, but the nail on the other toe had to be removed. The service was good but it is just not worth it when you end up with an infection. read more

Helen is incredibly RUDE! Do not go here. The quality sucks bad and they refused to fix it but still wanted payment. I came here to get nails for my wedding and left crying before they put the acrylic nails on. They didn't even push my cuticles back or try to make them look nice or anything. I came in with a bad dipped set done at a different location. I asked them to take them off because I had broken one off and it was painful. She was very gentle and worked really hard to get them off. She was careful not to burn me with the file. And she even oiled my cuticles. The seats are also very comfortable. read more

I can agree I walked in and within minutes someone addressed me and within 10 min I was sitting at a station. Picked my color and a very nice young man took car of me. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Do not go here if you are wanting quality nails! The person (older gentleman) who did my nails does not seem to know what he is doing. Not only did he speed through doing my nails, he cut my cuticle in the process and then didn't even do the gel correctly. He also couldn't do the simple heart design I requested and had to have someone else do it, and even that was done poorly. Not even 24hrs later, my nails were bubbling up and peeling away. When I called to see about a refund or even partial refund, I was told by supposedly the manager, that they would not give me a refund, but I could come in and get them fixed. "But you can't come today, you will have to come tomorrow." Exactly what was told to me. I told him I came in the day I did because it was my only free day. I now have to try to fit another trip into my very busy schedule to go in and have them fix something that I don't trust can be done anymore?! I will unfortunately cut my losses and accept that I am out my $50 and try to fix them myself because I refuse to give this place anymore service! Raised the prices, took away the senior discount, they dont listen to their voice mail and they close early. Jack and Rose run this biz and they are some of the nicest people! They are a husband/wife team that own and operate this nail salon on the southside of town and employee other family members that work with them. It's a small salon with plenty of pedicure chairs and nail stations to provide services to groups of people. For example, when my sister was getting married they offered to open the salon 30 minutes early so that they could provide manicures and pedicures for the bridal party. This included for the children as well. There was no extra charge for this either, they just provide great service to their customers! The atmosphere: Typical nail salon setting with pedicure chairs that will seat up to around 8-10 people and nail stations for around 6 people at a time. The chairs for pedicures offer a massage option and each customer controls their own chair. There is a drying station, public bathroom, and handing washing station as well. Two televisions are displayed on the wall for viewing. I wouldn't rate it a 5-star for cleanliness or being most up-to-date on furniture/equipment but it's much cleaner than other shops that I have been to in the area and they sanitize all of their equipment. The services: They offer typical nail services with a $5 off for combining manicures and pedicures. I've attached a photo of the menu. I have gotten the pedicures and natural manicures and my favorite part of this is the hot towels and massages - it's worth it just for that! Also, when it comes to the gross part of pedicures, the "softening and smoothing," they do a difficult yet amazing job for everyone! Regular polish options are available, but their shellac options are more expansive as far as color choices. I've seen them do the Ombre and metallic nails as well. Bottom line - go here for the friendly and outstanding customer services and amazing pedicures! read more

My sister and I decided to visit this salon on a whim after reading the reviews of other nearby nail salons. We called to make an appointment beforehand which seemed like a must upon our arrival! There were many people getting their nails done on a Wednesday afternoon. It probably had to do with yesterday being New Year's and they were closed. We waited an extra 20-30 minutes, but it was no big deal to us. The staff was doing their best to finish the customers that were already there. I have to say the man who did my nails definitely took his time to make them look great! I have been to nail salons where I used to love that left the acrylic lumpy and uneven. Not the case here! The staff is very friendly and gave their customers and honest answer about wait time and prices. They seem to have built genuine relationships with regulars. When I asked her to take away a spot on my nails, she said, "You should have said something before." Grumpy look on her face. Why would I want to see a black dot on clear shellac? I took my 16 year old daughter in to get her nails done and Johny made 7 of her fingers bleed from being careless with the machinery!! This is not acceptable!! Will never go back! Not to mention he charged her 15$ EXTRA for placing a magnet over her nails! Ridiculous!! He should have taken it off for damage he did! Also, she has several nails that were visibly not straight!!
