The first go around they were filed so badly they had to soak them off and start over. She argued with me for 5 min before finally passing me off to someone else. I ended up filing them at home because the 2nd lady was ignoring my pic and comments about filing them too angled too. Squoval is not coffin and it is not stiletto. The first and last time I'll go there. I should have followed my gut and walked out after soaking the first set off and saved my money.

I had to do a lot of coaching throughout the whole process of getting my nails done. I had to have her go back and apply acrylic to the spots that were missed. She left the left over acrylic under my nails and I had to have her get it out. She applied only one coat of polish and threw on a topcoat after. The colors had streaks due to rushing and only one coat. I had to explain why they looked that way and how to fix it, but I don't think she truly understood. She tried to her best ability to fix things but I was just not happy with the look over all and service throughout the whole time. They came out decent with a few flaws but I won't be returning.
