I was in a hurry and stopped by this place without an appointment. They took me in right away, even though the salon was crowded, Friday morning. A man named Andy did my acrylic fill-ins and gel manicure. Dude knew what he was doing, very thorough and great communication. Also, Andy was very interesting to talk to! My nails looked beautiful and lasted for a month before I needed maintenance. Highly recommend. read more

Extremely disappointed in my first experience here. The manicure was rushed and the gel didn't even last a week. No oil was used for my cuticles, so I was bleeding on a few of my fingers. The pedicure resulted in an infection in my toe causing me to seek treatment from a doctor. When I asked why they were rushing, I was told they were short staffed and had other people waiting. I completely understand being short staffed and I was very patient. However, you should take care of the people there first and then worry about the new people walking in. Just be careful of the places you go and do your research!! read more

The guy who runs the place did my nails... came back to get a refill and found fungus growing all under my nails!!! I was horrified. Not only was health at risk they made me pay an up charge for a fill of $45!!! Will not be returning. read more

The only reason I come to this shop is Krysta. Krysta does a phenomenal job. Every single time I come to this shop for an appointment Snow goes out of her way to be completely RUDE. She is nasty and disrespectful. She doesn't like me because she used to do my nails and I quit using her because she cut me and has been rude to me ever since. read more

Uneven dip powder job the color is almost see through not the solid blue that I hoped for. I was told the color wasn't close to my cuticle because my cuticles were too thick. I've never heard of that before. $35 for this service. The shaping of my nails were uneven. While many may be pleased with their services. I will no longer compromise where I usually go just to save time. read more

Just had my nails done by Andy. Don't ever let him do yours. I got gel - the very next day polish was chipping off 2 nails (I hadn't washed dishes or done anything else that would have caused that). The polish on the tips of my nails bulges out like a big lump. He didn't even shape my nails correctly- I now have 7 square shapes and 3 round. In the past I've always had Mary do my nails and I loved it. I will guarantee you Andy will never do them again read more

After returning from vacation, I decided to go to a different salon for a pedicure... I'm glad I did, best pedicure ever!

I have been going here since my kids were babies my oldest is now 31 and youngest is 23 I've tried the other salons throughout the year's but never liked the way my nails looked or how they treat customers snow and don treats me and my family like family and always asks how my children are I took my now 3yr old granddaughter when she was 2 with me and she wanted to get her feet done lol and they were so gentle and good with her and didn't even charge me and when I requested I wanted her nails painted snow highly recommended that we should wait cause of her age and putting her fingers in her mouth and I'm sorry any other place wouldn't of cared about that they would of done it and happily took my money read more

Called and scheduled an appointment for 2pm. Came in at 1:55 and waited 45 minutes to be approached. I had an appt with Nina, but she took someone who came in after me. When i was taken to a station, it was dirty and she reused paper towels, that were dirty and stained and had nail clippings on it. I asked her to change the towel and she ignored me. When getting the acrylics filed she ripped the side walls of my nails and made me bleed. Which is a sanitary risk especially now! The dremmels were not new, and they were dirty. The main concern was the filing. Since she did rip up my skin and the filing wasn't even good, I honestly feel this is a $30 worth that i paid $45 for. Very dissapointed and sad that it didnt work out. Will be going to nail sculpture from now on. read more

Out of the other two nail salons in the area this by far is my favorite. They always do an exceptional job on my nails. The owner and his wife are very kind and professional. This was the worst manicure I have had ever. The guy doing it didn't remove the clear polish I had on before starting the manicure, he didn't use any kind of lotion or or oil to moisten the cuticles so the skin around my nails were brittle and white when he was done, he cut the cuticle too close and made me bleed, and the polish was applied unevenly. I will never return, and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Also I agree with the other reviewer, the smell in there is unbearable. Definitely not well ventilated. read more

Personal experience I have been to several different nail salons and I know how customer service should look. If you felt they did not do something like take your nail Polish off then open your mouth and say it. I'm sure they would have with a smile. Instead of just writing a bad review what happen to communication in this world instead of running to social media to cowardly express your feelings about something. I have been getting manicures biweekly for years and been to different salons and every time there is some awkward uncomfortable feeling. Nails for you will make you feel like you have been friends for years ask about you your family and shows how a customer should be treated. They burned my eye brows during a waxing. When I went back to show the owner, he checked the wax and said, yes, i's too hot. ummmm, ok. How about an apology and making it right? I hosted a birthday for my mom with burned skin. I understand that things happen, but dude, I've been coming there for years. You should have made it right. Hope it was worth it, as I will never step foot into your salon again. The owner even knew me, as he lived in the same development as me (but I think he moved.)
