Although we didn't catch her name, she did an amazing job and made his first experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I also want to mention the nail technician at table 3, she is incredibly talented and consistently does beautiful work. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in the quality of their services. The owner runs a fantastic salon, and it shows in the atmosphere and the work the team provides. We both got pedicures and I had a GEL polish change on my hands. The experience was more than horrible. I have attached photos from the experience for your review. PLEASE reconsider where you go as the photos speak for themselves. My niece was injured, resulting in a bloody foot and a band aid, as they destroyed her foot (seen in photo). My polish change ($40) for gel came off on the ride home. Not chipped the whole nail was bare and the polish was on the floorboard of my vehicle. I called and was informed I could come back in for repairs at no cost. I informed them I would just prefer the refund on the polish change, not the full bill, simply the polish change. I was informed they would Venmo me my refund, that was on Sunday. On Monday I still had no refund and reached back out to the salon. I was then informed to text photos to them and was provided an invalid phone number. I called back and got an email address. Again, I submitted photos via email with my concerns and request for refund. I did not receive any communication or refund until Tuesday, when I sent an email stating that due to the way it was handled, I would be posting this review. I received a text message within an hour saying that they have issued the refund. It took all of this back and forth, phone calls, emails, texts, etc. just to get a polish change refund, again not full refund. I checked my account and there is no refund to date. This was a horrible experience. I would HIGHLY recommend going to another salon if you are looking for somewhere new, as this is not the place!

I went to get a gel manicure and pedicure with eyebrows. The gel manicure has lasted only one week. All the tips of the nails have chipped and one is peeling. I knew something was not right when the nail technician told me that she can tell I don't normally go there. She explained that the gel polish they use is a brand that comes off easier for them. That was a red flag. This gel polish is disintegrating before my eyes. Then, when I went to pay for my eyebrows, I handed the lady a $20. She didn't give me my change, simply pocketed and walked off. I had to go to another person to verify how much it was and then get my change back. I guess she thought she was going to pocket a whole extra five dollars, eyebrows are $15 not $20. I love getting my eyebrows done there, but the service and quality of nails are not worth it.
