After a few very opposite experiences at HT (Elkton location suddenly closed without communication to current members), along with their other location in Bear which is all about up-selling overpriced products, this was definitely a welcomed change. He has not disappointed me since the start of me first going there. He does an amazing job and takes his time and make sure that everything is perfect and the way that I like it before I leave the salon.
