My stylist totally insulted my hair, I guess to put down the other salon I had gone to. Of all people to know how insulting it is to hear an insult on your hair, it's a hair stylist! The prices are twice the price for any trim that I have ever seen! However, the kids' stylist was super nice and did a great job trimming an inch of my little girl's hair and she was in a whole other section from the gossiping bunch! It didn't start off too good, as my tech filled the basin with scalding hot water. I put my foot in and my foot turned red from the heat. She asked me many times how the water was and I kept saying, it's too hot, it's hot, too hot. She kept looking at me. The tech with my friend put her hand in and said it's too hot. She turned on cold water but it was so hot it took quite a bit to cool down. I am not sure why she didn't understand the term "too hot" but she was very nice after that and gave me a nice pedi. it was calm in there, they had the tv going. I am not sure if they have beverages or not, I as not asked but everything else went well. Its also super close to where I live and I like that too. I like how this place is setup. You check in on a computer putting in what you want to purchase. Its super seamless. It's clean and they also had lots and lots of gel colors. I will def be back there again in a couple months. I really tried to give this place a chance but they have no idea what they're doing. I just…read morerecently moved here from Chicago so I tried to make this my new nail place. I am really simple with my nails. I always get a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. Nothing fancy. The first time I went here the guy that did my pedicure was rude and did the bare minimum. My toe nails smudged right away because he didn't help me put my flip flops on and he didn't put those things between my toes. A different guy did my no chip manicure and he asked if I wanted to cut my nails down and I said yes. I came in with oval nails. He cut them straight across and started shaping them into Square nails. Why are you giving me square nails without asking?! I didn't say anything because I was trying to be nice. And when I left the nails were obviously shaped unevenly and lopsided. However I gave this place a second chance and asked for females this time because males are always less detail oriented. My no chip manicure was fine this time. However the lady that did my pedicure gave me ONE coat of regular nail polish for a LIGHT PINK. In my 25 years of getting my nails done I have never seen someone paint only one coat especially for an off brand light color. My toes and hand are literally a different color because my the color on my toes are less pigmented. Again I didn't say anything because I'm nice and I just decided I wasn't coming back to this place again. When I went to check out the guy charged me the same price for the regular pedicure as a no chip manicure which he obviously upcharged me for. Please do not support this place. They cut corners and have no idea what they are doing
