The customer service here was top notch! Very kind & attentive staff and the environment is super cozy. Facials are a regular indulgence for me but I have to say, this was by far the best one I've ever had! The treatment I received was very relaxing (even through extractions!) and included a peaceful shoulder and hand massage that came as a pleasant surprise! You can tell that McKensie really takes pride in what she does, it honestly felt like I had been a client of hers forever! I left feeling rejuvenated & am looking forward to returning again soon! I'm still new to this area, and found myself wandering in circles when my GPS died. I was getting hangry, and since it was almost lunch time, I figured I would stop in to the Perch for coffee and a crepe. Lunch was very tasty, and after I was finished I realized that the Skinbar and the Perch were connected. I started browsing the adorable little boutique filled with fancy skin creams and cute clothing, and a lovely woman named Danielle mentioned that she had an opening for a facial. Perfect timing! Danielle suggested the exact services that would benefit my skin, and customized the session to my needs. What exact services? I couldn't tell you because I was so chilled out I fell asleep halfway through. All I know is, when I woke up, my skin was gorgeous. I am a big fan of the Skinbar, and will be back to let Danielle work her magic soon!

I never knew what I was missing. I always request Natalie because she is kind, attentive and professional during my facials. Today I had my first power peel using glycolic acid and she explained the process and made me feel very comfortable. I also love the power facials but my favorite is the 75 minute facialiscious- extra face massage plus arms and feet! What a treat- in fact I love them more than many of the full body massages I've gotten in my life. The shop is beautiful and showcases their line of products, which you may like to purchase for yourself or others. I use the eye cream, vitamin c concentrate, skin boost serum , mint chapsticks, deluxe face kream lite and the hydradew mask. These products last a long time and I feel like I'm doing good things for my face. The owners and staff here always take great care of me and I'm so glad to have found out about this place.
