Didn't have time to go to one of my regular spots (both 1/2 hour away from home). I should have made the time though. Was told There was a 19 minute wait but ended up waiting almost 45 minutes. My pedicure technician didn't understand English so every request had to be translated including how to do a proper French manicure (including a top coat). I came to this salon because it was close to my house and I couldn't make it to my regular salon. I walked in at 6:20 for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was actually great until she did the polish. No attention to detail. This polish is all over my toes and it's red so it's very noticeable. I was asking for a specific color identifying it by the name AND Number. No one even tried to assist me with that. I liked that they did my pedi and full set simultaneously but the nails are crooked and misshaped. On top of that I didn't leave the salon until 8:35 and they charged me $85. Another woman came in after me, got the exact same service as me, left before me and they only charged her $65 and they even took off her previous set of nails so I didn't understand that. This is my third time visiting this nail salon. I must say the third times the charm! I came to get a SNS reset and a Pedi...and now I've found my new favorite tech Mr Hai. He is the oldest gentleman there. Normally I'm really skeptical anytime someone new does my nails...I've had so many BAD experience in the past, but this time I just went with it. He looked at my original nails and was like humpt...yea they were above average, and all of them were not shaped the same. I had like a mix of Coffin/round square shapes going on. But I'm glad to say Hai got them shaped up PERFECTLY! We had the best conversation too...talking about different things. He's an OG...doing nails since 1992! My SNS looks amazing. He even gave me suggestions as to how to keep my real Nails strong and healthy! I will definitely be back to this location and only will go to Mr Hai. read more

The girls who did our mani/pedis were GREAT. My 15 year old wanted all of her fingers "marbled". She asked for white nails with royal blue marble to match her toes. Apparently only one man could marble so she waited over 30 min for him while i finished. I was still having my nails done but he asked her if she wanted 2 or all. She said all. I've been going to this nail salon for a while. The two nail techs that I'm used to are no longer there. Today marks my last time giving them my business. The woman who did my pedicure/gel manicure was extremely rude. Without even touching my feet, she automatically tried to sell my on an upgraded pedicure. Once I declined, she then insisted that I needed a callus remover treatment without touching my feet. Little did she know, I'd just done a chemical peel on my feet so they were extremely soft. I then reiterated that I wanted a gel manicure. She then insinuated that I couldn't afford a gel manicure by saying over and over, it's more money for gel. I sternly told her that I know it's more. She then continued with an attitude. Although I have earned discounts, I'm done with this place. I was completely turned off by this nail tech. It only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. She wasn't great at polishing my nails either. There has to be just one nail salon where your business is appreciated. I'm sure I'll find one even if I have to drive a bit. I came here because I was getting my car service in the auto care department.....I would give them zero stars if I could. I guess they have fast pass for priority customer, because they by pass me and help two other women that came in after me. I literally wait 53 mins before anyone service me. My car service was completed before they even serviced me. So I told the lady that I would like a polished change instead since my car was finished, so they lady keep changing the price from $15 to $20 to $25 for the polish change. So I asked for the price book and seen a basic pedicure was $25, she said I would have to pay $5 extra for polish removal. I said whatever, she proceed with the pedicure service, she did was put soap on the purple scrub and lightly rubbed it on my heel. She did not do any dead skin removal , trimming or anything. I'm highly disappointed and overcharged for they service I received. Now I'm setting here writing this review waiting my my feet to dry and even the women that came in after have alright gotten the full service and left. DISAPPOINTED! I was asked to pick the color but when I did they said it was three dollars extra because it was long stay or something like that. they should've told me before hand about that. and then she picked a color for me which I had to say yes because I couldn't walk wet the way to the color stand. First time here, though I've been to other stores in the same plaza. I needed a pedicure badly & didn't feel like driving to my usual spot 20 min away. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in, they were not very busy so I was services right away, however, more people came in while I was in the spa chair. All regulars which is always a good sign. My pedicure was fantastic. The nail technician was not rushed, rough nor did he do any excess small talk (friendly but not overbearing) which is a HUGE plus for me because I'm an introvert & my nail time is when I get to just relax & not be forced to chit chat.
