I recently moved here and had high hopes for this place but ended up highly disappointed. The location is great as it is right by Kroger where I shop so it seemed a logical option to combine picking a few things up and ending off with a pedicure; or so I thought. I was clear to ask if they strictly used pumice and scrub brushes; yes I was assured. So I sit down and get comfortable; it's been a long week, I'm tired, and a nice foot rub is going to be great. She tells me I have dry places on my feet and if I want that taken care of it will be an extra $3. Oh shoot, it's only $3, let's splurge a little. All was going well until I feel a cheese grater grinding my heel!!! Wth!! Uhm, NO!! As a business do you not know the damage these things cause and how easily it can quickly shred into ones feet causing bleeding, infections, etc.?? I'm here for a pedicure, not to have my feet destroyed. Not to mention there was no foot rub; nothing. A quick scrub with three purple pad, some quick lotion on the legs, and polish. That's it??? $28 for a cheese grater, slap some lotion, and I'm done? Look, I know a foot rub isn't everyone's cup, but it is mine. I've never had a pedicure NOT include at least a quick rub. I tip very well too so these little things that bring me joy reap great benefits. I am sad to say that this newcomer will NOT be back and is on the hunt for a better place to visit. read more

Great neighborhood drop-in salon for all genders that's close to all the errand stops or an after work wind down. You can make an appointment, but I've never waited longer than 20 min. Their deluxe pedi is AMAZING and includes leg/foot massage and hot stones. It's been hit or miss with manis, but never for something big that I couldn't live with for a couple of weeks like cutting too much or destroying cuticles. They've got a pretty wide color selection in regular and gel, and lots of scent selections in their pedi packages. I prefer the classic sugar scrubs and oils, but they have a new mineral line of products that's not bad. They do offer SnS, acrylics, etc. New pedi chairs have vibro-massage and big bowls for big feet. They charge a smidge more than other places, but their pedis (and location) are worth it, so tip accordingly. There's a Starbucks inside the Kroger next door, so grab a drink and go pedi. read more

Came here for the first time today bc it was close to home. I was looking for a salon a little closer so I had high hopes for this one. I am accustomed to nice salons in 2019. This one seems a bit dated and I didn't feel like I feel at nicer places. I got a pedicure which I thought the prices were high ($30,40,45 and 60 dollar options). Nothing exceptional. I randomly went here to have three of my nails fixed, which broke earlier in the week. The gentleman who did my nails did a very poor job. I'm not one who ever corrects nail technicians because I trust that they know what they're doing, but I had to tell him several things to fix. He basically slapped the acrylic on and was about to paint them. He barely sanded them or anything. They looked like something you'd get from a Cosmetology school and not from a licensed professional. I had to ask him to match them to the length and thickness of my other nails. Two stars because he didn't get irritated about it- which I was worried about. He did a really poor job of painting them. My nails were simply white and he didn't even cover the entire nail. So I left with three longer and thicker nails that were not properly painted. Not happy with it, but I paid and tipped per usual because I'm not one to nitpick. read more

I've visited this location twice. On my second visit, I came for a basic pedicure. It was so rushed, and the place wasn't busy. I feel like a pedicure is suppose to be relaxing and take a load off. First, the nail tech was mean to my daughter, who was just excited to have her nails painted. Then, she filed my nails square without asking what I wanted. I then let her know I do them round like they are naturally and she grunted like it was a big inconvenience to change what she did without asking. For those that don't know SNS is another word for freakin acrylic. I told the girl time and time again I don't want acrylic and she said oh sns is not acrylic.(I usually just do gel polish and go) so I said hey why not. Big mistake. This lady took an hour to dip my nails in powder just to have to drill and file the crap out of my nails and cuticles to get it even. At that point I knew something was wrong. She then puts the top coat on which again for those that don't know is basically freakin super glue. SHE GLUED HER FINGER TO MY HAND!!! Then proceeded to RIP her finger from my hand! This little gem is worth the extra $5 for a deluxe pedicure! The ladies here are very sweet and professional. They take their time and give each client the same high quality treatment. They do it all at Tiffany Nails - acrylic, gel, silk wrap, pedicures, hot stone massage, parifin wax, etc. It's bright and cheery on the inside but not loud; you can relax. There is even a price list for younger children. :-) I think that Tiffany Nails is now my new go-to nail salon. read more

I wont go there anymore, the last time I went there Evelyn had a horrible attitude (i have been going there for almost 4yrs) I asked her to fix a mistake she had made and she refused. They are always rushing you and making mistakes and I never say anything but this time I had to say something because my nails look so bad and she refused to fix it. The most blatant display of racism I've ever witnessed. At approximately 4:15 on 8/18/19 a black customer walked in, they wouldn't make eye contact with her and told her to come back. After asking multiple times how long she should wait to come back, they said 40 minutes. 10 minutes later a white woman walked in, they greeted her and allowed her to sign in and pick her color. At that moment I was thinking maybe they feel caught up enough to take additional customers. 30 seconds later a black customer walked in and they instantly said come back we're busy. I've never experienced any type of prejudice here before today but this experience was enough for me to never come back. read more

I walked in and kindly asked if they did Brazilian waxing. The lady at the front spoke to her coworker and after a back and forth conversation, she said yes. She said it was $35 and up which was around the same as most salons. I figured I was going to get my nails done so why not go ahead and get a wax. WOW, was i wrong. First, she applied the wax to everything.. and then ripped it off. Which meant the wax was drying and by the time she was ripping off the wax, it was getting stuck. I literally had patches of cotton stuck to me. Poor woman, she tried so hard. I think she was trying to make her manager happy. I ended up burned and sore for 3 days. It even hurt to pee. Been a regular customer for close to 8 months. Covid 19 was a problem for all businesses. Tiffany's owner took all the appropriate measures and has reopened. Plexiglass barriers shield you from technicians as well as the front check-in desk. You must have an appointment and wear a mask, just like all the employees in the business. Upon entering you clean your hands with Purell and sign in. Your temperature is taken and you sign a health wellness release form. Today is Sunday and I returned to Tiffany's Nails because I received a Gel Color, pedicure and eye brow waxing this past Wednesday. I returned because on this past Friday my thumb nail literally peeled off. As the days went by more nails began to peel. They used a gel brand called Gelish. At any rate, I went in today to get my nails redone and the lady at the counter tells me that the person ( guy) who did my nails was it here and that I would have to come back on Tuesday. I told her I could not because I will be out of town the entire week and that's why I needed to get my nails done today. She went on to tell me that no one there knew how to do Gel Color that she would have to call someone in to do it. Oh, and that I would have to wait an hour or two!! Now Wait a minute! You trying to tell me that only two people out of the six workers know how to do Gel Color!! Really!! This is the worst Customer Service I have encountered in a long time. The lady lied straight to my face because I know one of the other ladies did my gel color before. I waited a few minutes, after asking a few more questions, I was so mad I just left. It took every fiber in me not to curse them all out!! I live literally right up the street from this establishment and I will never patronize it again. I stopped in for a manicure because I frequent other stores in this shopping center and decided to give Tiffany's a try. I won't be going back to Tiffany's for two reasons. My technician, whose name I don't remember, did a very sloppy job on my gel nails. I go for a manicure because I'm not very precise, and my gel nails looked like I had done them. The polish started peeling after nine days, as well. Also, where other salons have an ample supply of lights for hardening the gel, Tiffany's has only TWO, and I had to wait for another customer to finish her manicure before my tech could start. Finally, my tech had had her hair colored that morning, and she was so excited, that was all she could talk about. That was not the most professional topic of conversation she could have chosen. 7/12/2019 Today I went to Tiffany Nails, I will never ever ever ever go back again!!! I was there 4 hours, not waiting but trying to get my nails done right, the man who did them is a terrible terrible nail tech! He put gel on my real nails and it look horrible, very sticky looking, color all over my skin, I ask him how do my nails look to him and he couldn't answer, so I ask could he take it off, my nails were short so I said well put tips on them to make them look better he did and he still couldn't get the polish on right even with the tips, he just could not polish the entire nail bed, he couldn't get all the polish Even on my nail..... there are gaps on some sides with no polish so I just said forget it I'll do them when I get home because at that point I just told him to put regular polish on. It is becoming hard to find someone that does good nails these days! $50 for nothing, my pedicure was good, a lady did my feet! But I won't return to Tiffany Nails ever again!! Great customer service and clean establishment. I arrived around 4 on a Sunday and was seated immediately. There were about 5 ladies getting pedicures already. The customers present seemed to all be regulars (a good sign in my book). My nail tech Kim was courteous and METICULOUS. One if the best manicures I've ever received. I'll definitely return and ask for her specifically. My husband was satisfied with his pedicure as well, and he's more critical than me My one (minor) disappointment was color/brand selection. I'm partial to Essie's spring/summer colors and there wasn't a large variety. I was able to find one I liked, but not the color I came looking for today. They really are a hit or miss. I have always been a walk-in, and the first time I went in December I loved the white SNS nails. The lady who did them was super nice and attentive. The second time the nail tech did a great job, I was just unsatisfied with the nail color, but that was on me. But this time, the techs were really something else! Not only were they rude, the did a rushed job with less than satisfactory results. My mom had to pick 3 different colors because each time she chose one she was told they had run out of that color. Then, when she finally chose a color they did have in stock, the nail tech was aggressively trying to force her to choose something else! Just because she liked it better, even though my mom did not. The tech went as far as telling my mom "I'm tired of you" when all my mom was trying to do was choose a color! It's not her fault they were running out of everything. Very unprofessional. To make matters worse, the tech left too much glue on my mom's fingers and painted them unevenly. My tech also rushed the job, and left pieces of stray yarn under the layers of sns powder, making the end result bumpy. She tried to fix it but they just were not great results. She also kept trying to make sly remarks about how my mom couldn't make up her mind, when really it was them who offered her choices they DIDN'T have. We usually pay $35, but they charged $38 because apparently now the "tip is included." I think this is a little unfair considering how disappointing the service was and how unprofessional and rude both the techs were. When it comes to services like this, one should be able to decide how much, if anything, one will tip. Needless to say, we are in search of a new nail salon. I really love this salon! It is a very open, clean and peaceful environment. I have gotten several pedicures of various levels and all have been very relaxing. I have also gotten a few manicures that looked great and lasted a week. The staff is very sweet, caring, and professional. I really love that there are no TV's in this salon. Instead they play calming music. They also have a great selection of updated OPI and Essie polish colors. I live in a nearby town, but if I have time I will drive to Tiffany's for the better salon experience. read more
