Went to do my nails and had to be telling the guy that my nails weren't being painted properly and that they weren't dry. He kept giving me attitude and smacking his teeth. Then he overcharged me and when I was speaking to him he threw my money down on the counter and said I should go where I can get good customer service. I would not recommend this place. I am a native Milledgeville resident. I no longer live there. I was there visting for two days. I needed two nails repaired. There were several things I noticed when I walked in. 1. No one immediately greated me. When the mai tech finally did, I showed him what I needed repaired (two SNS nails), he immediately said we can't match that color (he was still sitting). I'm thinking to myself: How do you know you don't have the color you haven't even look? Maybe he was intimidated by the fact that I wanted SNS, and I wanted two different colors. One nail I needed repaired was yellow and the other was green. After persisiting to look at the colors, the malenail tech finally gave me the color book, and I chose two color. 2. At this point, I had waited for about 25 minutes, and finally a female tech approached and asked to see my nails and wanted to know who did them. I told her I didn't live in the area, and I got them done in Atlanta. She spoke some jibber jabber in her language and walked off. At this point, I didn't know if someone was goining to assist me or not. So I asked...."Is something going to repair the nails or not. Nobody ever said anything or came back to the counter to assist. Therefore, I just said, "That's OK", and I walked out. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I presently live in a major city (ATLANTA), and I am used to people treating customers with more respect when spending their money at a business. I say to the patrons in Milledgeville, if you patronize this business, it makes them believe that the customer service they provide is good, and it is not. Boycott them, and SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!I am sure that I am not the only one. I usually don't write reviews, but I have thought about this for a night and felt compelled to leave this review. This place sucks. It has gotten worse over the years. I'm currently in here and the young man that's doing my pedicure has obviously never done them before. I have been damn near stabbed in the cuticle 3 times. He doesn't know what's he's doing at all. I am never coming back here!!! read more

Why isn't there an option for zero stars? Looked all over milledgeville for a nice nail place to take my daughters and a couple of friends to. This place sounded good and looked good considering they had 3+ stars. All 5 of us were getting sns and a couple of the girls wanted tips. The techs were in such a hurry that one of my daughters ended up with two split (pretty badly) fingernails. As she was bleeding and crying... the tech decided to put acetone on it to try and remove the rest of the sns that she already had. Had I not been there, he would have succeeded. Can you imagine how badly that would have hurt on an open wound? So for. $ 100.00 we ended up with two decent sns jobs, one that was horrible and the last that was in pain from two split fingernails with open cuts. Guess we can mark an X by this one. read more

I asked for square shaped and they are all uneven and slanted. I got a white French manicure and the the white is uneven. She made a mistake on one of the nails and tried to cover it up, it didn't work. read more

I always go to this location, but yesterday it was not great. Did my pedicure and dipped powder. The lady who did me pedicure was not so great she was busy with her phone, doing other people eyebrows. She didn't do any of my pedicure just put my feet in water and left, came back and did here and there and left again. Will not return back. Thanks read more

The only good experience I receive from this place is the greeting when I walked in the door. Not only did I get charged for the length of my nails, but I was charged for the shape which was coffin and style of polish as well. Basically I was charged for a gel polish set but only received regular polish which is what I went in to get. I've never been to a nail salon that charges by the length, I thought that was a luxury being able to choose how long I want my nails. As goes for the shape and style of polish. When I went back to get a color change, the nail tech rushed and didn't fully coat some of my nails with top coat. Basically I went in to get a full set for $25, charged $5 each for my length and my shape and then charged $3 for color tips. My total came to $38 and for what. Older Asian woman with short hair was very rule and have at attitude when I told her my nails don't look good . She paint my nails very sloppy and when she got mad she walked away and someone else have to finish my nails . Very bad job . read more

I should have went with my instinct and left when I seen how the place wasn't very clean or tidy. The girl that did my mani/pedi was nice enough but did a bad job and didnt do anywhere near all the steps i've had other places do. Gel polish chipped within a day and my feet look like I haven't had a pedicure in a long time. Will not return, too many other places in area to choose from. read more

Best place for Mani Pedi. Staff very nice. They are usually busy but I don't wait too long. Would definitely recommend.

at this nail salon, the man was taking off my nail and at first he was clipping my fake nail off and then he took one of the tips and slid the tip under my fake nail, one side cracked and the he was trying to get my other side of my fake nail and he couldnt so he cut it and it cut my real nail once a little and he did it one more time. he did it one more time and then my real nail split in half. he tried putting acetone on my real nail and i told him "your not gonna put that on my nail, there is a open wound." and then he said "ohh it's not that bad". if there was and option to put a zero, I would put a zero. read more

Lynn is so attentive and has great attention to detail. She really cares about what she's doing. Love this salon. There are other places in Milly that are very hyped, and although they are good as well, Premier does not get the recognition it deserves! Everyone should try this place out. read more
