Went to get my nails done for a wedding so I wanted simple french tips. They don't look terrible, but I was cut and started bleeding on 4 different fingers so I had to constantly have Neosporin and bandaids on my fingers. And most of the time, my nails don't lift for about 2 weeks, but I am currently on day 5 and have already started lifting on most of my nails which sucks because I spent more money here ($70) to get my nails done than anywhere else and had the worst experience. I would not go back. Not worth it at all! read more

I am not happy with my experience. I came to simply get my dip polish removed. The guy started soaking my nails and then moved me to the side. I had to wait for a client who came AFTER me to get a full gel manicure before I was serviced again. While he was trying to remove my dip with a metal nail file instead of soaking it off, he ended up cracking MY nail in half. After filing my nails and putting on a clear coat, he proceeds to tell me he would not charge me for the services. We go up to the counter and for his generosity, I was still willing to leave him a tip. The boss lady stops him and says, "That will be $20." I couldn't believe that after being in the salon for an hour and 20 minutes JUST TO GET SOME DIP REMOVED, being paused and resumed after waiting for someone else to be serviced, and having my entire nail cracked, I couldn't believe I had to pay $20. TeeTee is very talented, professional and knowledgeable. She takes excellent care of my hands and feet. The atmosphere is clean, inviting and relaxing. I went in for a manicure and pedicure my first time the white lady at the desk helped me out with getting situated on what I wanted I'm a guy and wanted a Buisness type of nail touch and they provided it. The service was very good but their pricing is ridiculous! Never again will I go somewhere and get a service done without asking their prices first because of this place. They had a January deal going on that they advertised everywhere that had no stipulation to get the January deal but because I had never been there and was from California they did not give me the deal. I literally only for a acrylic fill and a lip and eyebrow wax and they charged me 100 dollars without the tip! They said the nails were 75 dollars which I never even in the heart of LA where cost of everything is 3 times the amount have I paid for a full over 60 dollars especially when I had no repairs no design no change in shape NOTHING special! And then on top of that a eyebrow and lip wax which if my nails was 75 then that means my wax was 38 dollars! Wtf? Again never paid over 20 dollars and most places out here are 7 for each so it shouldn't be more that 14 dollars . So if you're not a local this is not the pace for you! read more

I gave no stars because there is no option for negative. My friend and I went in for a full set, at first we were excited--it is clean and has a nice atmosphere. We were ushered to pick a color and when we picked them out we were told they weren't available and had to pick another..and another, and yet another . During the set, we were repeatedly asked if we wanted pedicures, or waxing, I wish they would of focused on the task at hand and not upselling us. There was zero cuticle attention and they were really aggressive with the drills. I have quite a few small nicks and scrapes on my fingers from it. I was barely asked if I liked the shape, and in the end, half of my nails are crooked. The paint was not what I asked for, but she didn't ask. My friend got worse. Her nails are lifted, bumpy, crooked and short stilettos. Embarrassing. She was also very rudely handled and has cuts on her fingers. The price was $65 for a set, not even close to worth it. Very highly NOT recommend. read more

A friend and I came in to get pedicures and were sat down in our chairs and weren't told anything else. We sat there for the next 30 minutes wondering if we should just leave when someone came and started working on her. I sat there for another 20 minutes and someone finally came over when she was getting her nails painted. I should have just said forget it when I saw this person bring over their kit with used files, used sponges and a used pumice stone. I'm not sure if this person is truly even licensed because when you get your education you learn what you can and can not reuse and none of those were supposed to be reused. So unsanitary. I asked her to use a different foot file on me because GROSS and she looked shocked and spent the next few minutes wandering around acting like she didn't know where the clean, unused things were. After she was done with rhat part she started on the "massage" which was nothing more than her punching my feet and legs - I'm very visibly pregnant and she even asked me due date - you don't punch a pregnant womans legs. I tell her she doesn't have to do that and she can just paint my legs and she asked me if I wanted to leave? No you horrid woman I want you to stop punching my legs and feet. You would think the bad review would stop there, but then I witnessed the guy who did my friends pedicure emptying her bowl and just putting another plastic cover in - he didn't even sanitize the bowl. Don't go here, unless you don't mind basic sanitation rules not being followed. read more

On Sunday, Oct 11, my mother, partner, and I had 12pm reservation for pedicures. We weren't brought to our chairs until almost 12:40. My mother and partner had wonderful service and experiences with their technicians and their pedicures. I, on the other hand, had the WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon in my life. My technician was Andy. AVOID ANDY at all costs. The foot bath I was given was not cleaned before they sat me, which I didn't realize until my feet were already in the water. I pointed this out to him and he agreed but did nothing to fix it. I was seated next to my mother who was visiting from out of state for the first time since COVID-19 started and this trip was her rescheduled Christmas gift. I did not want to make a scene and ruin her experience. I asked for the Deluxe Pedicure. Watching my mother receive the same type but with a different technician I can tell you that Andy: 1. He applied the wrong products. 2. Completely skipped steps and procedures that are part of a basic pedicure and the deluxe version. 3. Insulted my feet saying they were bad (even though I get pedicures regularly) 4. Barely performed the tasks he actually did like cuticle care, buffing, massaging, by just briefly running the tools or hands over the areas and even skipped the top coat of polish. 5. He tried to upsell me 3 times while he was supposed to be providing the service I was there for (CBD pedi, paraffin wax treatment, and CBD pedi again - the most expensive.) by insulting me, then got mad when I said no. 6. He laid the hot towel over my feet, did not wrap it around the legs. 7. He walked around the store constantly while 'doing' my pedicure. He barely sat down the whole time. He wasn't going to get supplies. He literally would get up and go talk to other customers and workers around the store. 8. He did not wear a mask at all. Did not even have one on his chin or neck! Where the shop is has a strict mask ordnance. He and many other employees were not wearing or had masks under their chins. I don't know if he was the boss or manager but no one told him to act right or do better. He started my pedicure almost 10 minutes after my mom's and 'finished it' about 10 minutes before hers. We spent a lot of money in their shop and I couldn't dock his tip as all the service was rung up together and we didn't want to penalise the two workers who did a great. I spent the whole experience in a quiet rage trying not to show what an awful and disappointing experience I had there for my mother's sake. We will never spend another penny here. read more

My sister and I went yesterday to get gel manicures. I have tips so the cost to me was $45.00. The nasty man assigned to do my nails was in such a hurry that he started my nails without letting me first pick out a color. He then said my cuticles were dry and I needed a manicure, which is normally $35 but he would do it for $15. I declined. I said that I like my nails rounded and that would cost $10.00 more but he would do it for nothing because I was from New York. I was astounded and disgusted. I have never been so nickel and dimed in a nail salon in my life. He then made a mess of my nail polish, started to take off the gel polish and do them over, and then let another nice female coworker complete my manicure. I could not wait to get out of there and my sister and I will never return there. Additionally, they charge more money if you use a charge card. Terrible customer service. read more
