Clearly caught them on a bad day, but unfortunately it cost me my nails…read more Just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

I came for a simple soak off and I will NEVER be back. Upon…read morewalking in, the salon was cute and seemed clean. I was instructed to sit down, sat, and was greeted by a woman. She immediately pulled out nail tips to prepare to rip my nails off. I told her NOT to yank my nails off and she went back & forth with me about it before finally getting a bowl of acetone. It is also worth noting that every tool used was REUSABLE. A health code violation that I WILL be addressing. Remember when I said I told her explicitly to not take my nails off? She slickly tried to do it while I wasn't looking and almost ripped off my nail bed, causing immediate blood and bruising (pictured). She apologized halfheartedly and continued to use the drill at LEVEL 11 On the spot. I told her it burnt and she continued doing what she had been doing. I finally snatched my hand away. She then switched to a regular (reusable) nail file. At the end of the "service", she tried to charge me $20 LMFAOOO I immediately said no, not only have I never paid over $10 for a soak off but you literally caused trauma to my nails. I ended up paying $15. Don't waste your time. The workers here are rude, terrible, don't want to take their time, & take advantage of customers. 0 stars if I could.

It didn't seem like there were a ton of nail techs with speciality and my polish only had two coats but they cleaned up my nails nicely and they look great. It definitely isn't a luxury place but for a simple manicure it will do the trick.
