The salon is clean, the employees are kind, and there is a great color selection. They prefer you wear a mask, although almost none of their employees are wearing masks. The woman who did my nails( I got a mani/pedi) was nice enough, but when I asked to use two colors she rolled her eyes. For a $30 pedicure...I would say she gave me $15 worth. My feet are rough after and she was just slapping the paint on as if she had better things to do. My manicure is on a whole other level. She left paint on my skin, left cuticles on all my fingers so I'm not sure what she was cutting off, and cut me(which I choke up to being an accident) but then blamed me for her cutting me because of my dry skin. Looking for a new nail salon?...DON'T CHOOSE THIS ONE!!!! I had been going to this salon for almost 4 years. Last week I did not feel well and called to reschedule my appointment with Ben. Someone texted to tell me the next time I came in, I would be charged a cancellation fee. I explained I did not feel well and went to Urgent Care (and even texted over a photo of my 3 prescriptions as proof). Their response was "this is the company policy. No exception". I asked if they wanted me to come in sick and contaminate Ben and his nail station...they still did not care. I also asked if I get compensated for the 6 times Ben cancelled on me or left me sitting and waiting for him...was that fair? They said "Ben is very strict on his book". So in other words...They don't care...4 years or not! My advice would be to find another salon. They are not cheap...So why pay their high prices when you don't even get: a hot towel, hand message, no cuticles cut, applies no cuticle oil, no primer, only one coat of polish and rushes you through your appointment. If clients go their when they are sick, in order to avoid the cancellation charge, you may get sick from that!! They also charge a 3% credit card fee. After years of coming here on and off, i can officially say that i would NEVER return. By far the worst pedicure i've received in my life. I stopped in on 7/20/22 to get a gel pedicure, not only was the salon extremely hot due to what i assume was the AC being out but during my pedicure i had to keep swatting away flies.. The lady doing my pedicure was unfriendly and had absolutely no idea what she was doing.. i walked in with square toes from a previous pedicure and walked out with a shape i've never seen before.. When i asked to speak to a manager just to address the situation as i was extremely upset, the guy with the glasses who sits at the front desk said it was him. so when i showed him the service i had been provided and explained to him how i was unhappy he proceeded to play stupid and say he didn't see anything wrong with the work. that all they could do to "fix" my problem was file my toes down more. to which i may add I NEVER SAID TO CUT DOWN and reshape, but rather file them down, and keep the square. I didn't argue at the end I asked again I like them short please cut them . Not sure if the instruments were cleaned or not I am gonna say no. He put the plastic piece on the instrument when finished.... They didn't come out of the sterilisation bag . So not sanitary. Nail polish Was all over my skin on big toe. Very very disappointing . Let me start by saying I will never write a negative review unless I have given a place multiple chances. I am not hard to impress. I have been to this nail salon three times now, which is three times too many. 2 out of the 3 times, they had an appointment right away which was positive and a lot of color options. However, I did not like the experience all three times. Specifically, when they removed my gel polish, they were not delicate or careful at all. It was almost painful every time I visited. I got two pedicures here which chipped after a week. Normally, my pedicures last me a very long time at other places. The third and final visit, I brought in my own regular polish for my pedicure. Everything was an issue, whether it was taking off my previous gel polish, using my own personal polish, etc. They told me I had to pay extra for the polish I brought to the salon because it requires a different top coat, meanwhile it was just a normal OPI polish. Takeaways: 1. They nickeled and dimed me for everything. 2. They electric file way too aggressively to the point where they hit the skin around your nails and it hurts. 3. I will never come back to this place again. I made an app for a gel fill and was seated with a man whose name is Andy. He started off great hello how are you and then proceed to file my nails so hard that I was in pain. When my nails were ready to be dried under the UV light he would throw my hand to the direction of the drier. No conversation, which is fine but way too rough and impatient. The icing on the cake was when he took his mask off and sneezed proceeding to wipe his nose with his hand and then tried to continue doing my nails... I pulled my hands away and told him to go wash his hands (his idea of just running them under the sink) not only was this disgusting the service was horrible and my nails are extremely thin bumpy and uneven. I wish I could give this place 5 stars because the ambiance is beautiful. It's nothing like I've ever seen before. The nails stations are more like a nail bar allowing for a lot more seats in the nail salon. There are numerous amounts of pedicure chairs and there are even multiple children pedicure chairs in the back. There are many different types of spa type pedicure and manicure treatments to choose from and they probably have the largest selection of nail colors ever. The reason I Have to give them three stars is because my nails were not done properly. All my nails were not shaped the same and Within three weeks all of my nails popped off . They did just open so hopefully one day their nail service will be able to match the beautiful ambiance. read more

Aaahhh! Will come back again! Fresh, clean, large nail salon in soft "Tiffany" blue decor. All chairs are leather and inviting. So are the different stations whether its the manicure bar or drying station or lounge seating area. Got the Icedancer Pedicure and it was worth every penny of the $40. The technician, Angela took her time massaging, scrubbing, then massaging again. I appreciate this as so many salons rush you through like it's an assembly line. I never write reviews normally because I am understanding if a service wasn't perfect however, I had a horrible experience today at affinity nails. I wanted a gel fill and they fit me in which I was grateful for, however, Andy did my nails and it was the most rushed, painful and sloppy job ever. I mentioned to him that I had burned my finger and I had a blister but he paid no mind and continued with his rough technique. He did not touch my cuticles. He painted the uv gel on so thick it was globed all over my skin and burned under the light then he aggressively filed it off my skin. When he painted my nails, he left purple paint all over my fingers and when I mentioned it to him he told me it was just the top coat. Instead of removing it gently, he again aggressively filed directly on my skin. There was no lotion or massage involved and they charged $45 for this horrible service. Normally, I would return for a second chance but they did not take covid restrictions very seriously. All of the nail instruments were used and dirty, one of the employees used the bathroom in the stall right next to me and did not wash her hands and the tech next to where Andy was sitting was not wearing a mask at all. I don't ever go to this location but unfortunately my nail lady at the normal salon I go to was on vacation so I decided to try this place that was closer to my home that my sister would often go to. From the beginning I was warned by her not go there as Ben a nail tech continuously harassed her to go out with him and when she refused he cursed at her and threatened that she would never be able to get her nails done there again. She called twice after this incident for an appointment and he refused her service. When I walked in, he immediately recognized me and made me wait 15 after my scheduled appointment. Once called and sat down, the woman was about to start my nails when Ben turned around and told her not to do my nails and I was told to go sit back on the couch where I sat for 45 mins without any apology or explanation until I decided to walk out. Even with an appointment, I sat there waiting for 45 mins without any indication of how long the wait was. As I was walking out Ben looked up and watched me walk out and immediately put his head down as if that was his intention the entire time. This is beyond unprofessional and rude and I will never ever consider giving them any of my business. read more

TORE My mother's cuticles up. Owner screamed at her where to sit. We are all very unnerved and my mother's hands are sore from the bloody cuticles. Was told the Gel manicure would last two to three weeks. It lasted three days. Her cuticles were damaged and her nervous system was traumatized. When I arrived the place after having an appointment I still had to wait. Asked for a very basic blue tie-dye nail took three nail stylist to try to do it none of them could. When I picked different nail design they told me they would be too hard to do and they wouldn't do it. I then decide just get my nails taken off which they were very rude about, so I kept them on and got a "brownish nude" which was pink. I asked for Square with oval round multiple times and got bulky square I had to go home and fix them myself. I am so upset. The salon was recommended by a few people so I went. I had a simple gel fill which usually lasts me about 3-4 weeks. After one day, one of my nails chipped while typing. I complained and I was invited back. My nail was fixed free of charge. Fast forward 2 weeks, the gel is lifting and two of my nails broke off completely. This salon uses very poor quality product. The staff is lovely but I will not be going back. Super disappointed and if I could, I'd ask for my money back. read more
