I don't think this place has hot water. The tools were resting on a dirty paper towel. There was a mailer that was used as a placemat. The nail tech Anthony breezes through a manicure so quickly doesn't even remove old polish. Very haphazard and unsterile. The first couple times I went there it was fine, but then a few months later I made an appointment to get a full acrylic set. Not knowing the difference between the two when applying, I assumed they would give me the service I ASKED FOR, but instead they applied gel and which costs $20 more then a normal acrylic set. I was livid. Then, last week I went again because I was desperate as my normal nail tech from a Different salon was booked, I had a gel fill. THE GEL COMPLETLEY PEELED OFF TWO OF MY NAILS WITHIN TWO DAYS. I payed 45 dollars. I went back to get it fixed by the owner none the less, AND IT PEELED BACK OFF MY NAIL THE NEXT DAY. I wish I could give zero stars. Went in to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Mimi rushed through my pedicure and finished in less than 10 minutes. Went over to get my gel manicure where she proceeded to glob gel polish on my nails for 6+ coats with the absolute minimal time under the UV dryer. There is also dried gel polish on my skin around my nails as well. My nails now feel like small cement bricks. The entire appointment was rushed and chaotic. I will never return to this nail salon and hope this review helps others to avoid it as well. read more

I was excited for my nails here because the salon looks pretty nice and the owner was very nice on the phone. Unfortunately my gel manicure was subpar due to uneven polishing throughout some nails and uneven edges near my cuticle. My pedicure was good on first glance but when I got home I noticed that the paint was uneven as well and has already chipped when I was in less than a week ago!!! I'm frustrated but I don't live in the area so there's nothing I can really do about it. I am giving 2 stars for service - drinks were offered 3x and the owner gave me good directions to get to the salon because the address from Yelp to the maps app on my phone brought me to a very different area. Was told "we can't keep coming back to get them fixed for free" well, that's funny considering I didn't want to go back less than a week for them to do their job correctly. I was recommended here by someone and at first glance they looked like the perfect place. I got a gel full set and after 5 days it looked like i had them for 3 weeks. The color got very dingy and my whole right hand was lifting. When i went back the filed the polish off so they didn't look bad. But did nothing about the lifting. Making the nails super thin. After 1 day my nail broke in my sleep. 2 days later another nail fell off after a shower. No cracking. Just popped off, like it was a press on nail. Mind you, a gel full set should last you at least 3 weeks. Now in 2 weeks this is my 3rd time back to fix the problem. I didn't even mind paying for them to just do it the right way. Moon did my nails and i loved them. But a gel fill on the wall price was 25 and they charged me 40$. I feel taken advantage of. They're products are crappy and they charge their clients for it. This salon was a great find! Lots of gorgeous nail polish colors I haven't seen elsewhere. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly, attentive, and did a really nice job. The thing I really appreciated about them was their ATM policy - if you use their ATM to pay for their services, they'll refund you the fee. I had such high expectations for this place because of its high ratings but it didn't live up to its hype. Three out of the four times I went here I had a different problem. The first time I was overcharged $5. The second time I had a nice pedicure by a young girl who's name I didn't get and I made a next day appointment for ombré nails; they assigned me Ken who said he could do it but on the day of, he cured the polish before blending so the ombré effect was not happening. I had picked a style to match my toes and was left with yellow nails and bubble gum pink toes. When I asked him out of frustration how much they were going to charge me for a change of polish on my toes, thinking he would do it for free since he wasn't able to do the style I wanted, he said $9 for a color change. The girl who over charged me the first time told him to give it to me free and that she would cover it. That was sweet of her. Two days ago was my last time going there as a paying customer. I made an appointment and they assigned me to JESSICA (capitalized her name so people know to stay away!!) who completely BUTCHERED my nails. When filing them, she was so rough that I have 3 cuts on my hands. My cuticles were a mess, all my nails were different lengths and sizes, the polish was thick on the ends, and she mismatched my toes and finger nails saying it was a perfect match (pictures included). I don't know what institution she got her cosmetology license but it should be revoked immediately. I went back the next day and complained to the owner. She assigned me to Blanca (free of charge) who tried her hardest to salvage what little, thin, nails and cuticles I had left (pictures of salvaged nails included). Thank goodness for Blanca. This place is a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness, the prices are good, and they have many colors to choose from but chances you'll be a happy and satisfied customer aren't high. There are so many positives about this salon from their professional and courteous service, next very clean and safe by that they use high level hospital grade sanitation service. Every pedicure station gives you brand new liners and buffers and filers. I love how my nails come out exactly the way I ask and the color lasts 3-4 weeks. I am always taken care of the second I walk through the door and greeted and most important if you don't have an appointment they take you right away.
