The first time I came here in 2024, I loved my nails. It was a treat for myself after my c-section recovery. The man paid such a great attention to detail and made them very uniform and I was in love with them. This past Friday, I decided to go back hoping for the same experience and it was not even close. I got another full set and added a pedicure. The pedicure was okay, other than the fact that all of the tools were reused without being cleaned between customers. Scissors, files, pumice stone, rasps (which are illegal to use in nail salons per the Oklahoma Board of Cosmetology), etc were very clearly thrown into their carts and reused over and over without properly cleaning/replacing them between clients. This is how you give people infections. For a $60 pedicure, you deserve and expect new or at least properly cleaned (not sloshed around in dirty foot bath water) tools. As for my acrylic set, I paid $80 (which wasn't shown anywhere for me to know how much it would be, but whatever. I still paid it AND tipped 15% despite my experience, making my total trip $161). I understand wanting to have quick turnarounds to get more people in, but when they aren't busy, they should leave it up to the customers if they want their nails started while they're mid pedicure. It truly made it hard to just enjoy my time. Again, reusing tools that very evidently looked to not be new/clean. The only thing that was new was the glue for the tips. She made my nails very bulky and unevenly filed so they came out bumpy. Not to mention how completely crooked some of them were, and I was so ready to get out of there that I hadn't even noticed it until I was back home. My cuticles were not even touched so the job in generally looked even more sloppy and incomplete, there was such a gap left near my cuticle it looked like I needed a fill in already! The undersides of them were also covered with acrylic that had fallen under while she was shaping them and it was never filed away. I ended up being so frustrated with how my nails looked I clipped them off and filed them away not even a full 48 hours after having them. The whole thing overall was very unsanitary and disappointing, and the two ladies that did my nails never even introduced themselves for me to know their names. read more

Great pedicure experience here! Building is clean and renovated beautifully. Pedicure chairs are all in great shape and clean, and have purse hooks which I appreciated. They used the sanitary plastic in the foot bowl, a nonnegotiable for me. Chair massage was decent, but the nail tech's massage (feet, legs, hands) was phenomenal! Polish/pedi quality was excellent. I went on a Monday midday and was one of the only people there - I loved that truthfully. I didn't have to wait at all. I got the Volcano pedi and feel like they didn't rush through it. I love this nail salon. It is clean and professional. I always love my pedicure! But today I witnessed them giving extraordinary service to someone else...a friend of mine. My friend had not had a pedicure in many years because she was embarrassed about the looks of her toes. After having had the toenails on her big toes removed years ago, they had grown back several times thicker than normal and very awkward looking. The pedicurist didn't flinch. She began clipping, filing and sanding with the utmost care. And then...when she finally finished that lengthy process, she put beautiful bright polish on them. When she was done, my friend's toes looked almost normal! My friend said her toes looked better than they had in many years! She had thought she would never wear sandals again... when we left the salon we were going to the store to buy brand new sandals! PS. Even though the pedicure was extra long and tedious, Eternity Nail Bar charged the same as a regular pedicure. Like I said...I love this place!!! read more

This is one of my favorite nail salons in Tulsa. I have been going here for over 5 years and they continue to be great. Nice pedicure chairs and plenty of manicure chairs. They offer shellac, but I usually go in for a polish change (only $8). I never have to wait, except on Fridays and Sundays. The staff remembers me and my mom every time we come in and are always very welcoming. They have a lot of polish colors. They also offer massage and waxing. Very clean. Good location and plenty of parking. read more

Milan has saved me from having my toenails surgically removed and reminds me to come in regularly to keep it that way. They also recently replaced the flooring and it looks fabulous. I have been trying to find a really good pedicure place in Tulsa. I came to Eternity Nail Bar on a recommendation from a friend. My sister and I decided to get pedicures. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and after choosing our colors, seated in the pedicure chairs. I went with the upgrade from the basic pedicure (basic was 25.00, next up was 35.00). It included my choice of a wax treatment or a foot mask. I went with the foot mask. The whole pedicure was done really well. The best part is that they actually took time to massage our legs and feet. My paint job was done really well. You could tell she was taking her time and making sure it looked good. I went to this place a few months ago. I went in the middle of the day and was the only person in there. I got some sort of upgraded pedicure and it was ok, but I was disappointed in the length and "focus" of the massage given that I was the only customer. Ran into a serious problem with the nail polish selection. I chose one of the only nude colors they had. There wasn't much left, and the polish looked kind of old, but I didn't have a choice. The polish ended up being really thick and tacky and to make matters worse, she ran out halfway through polishing. She ended up finishing with a similar but not identical color that was just as old and sticky. I haven't been back since. read more

I wouldn't normally leave a review but I just felt it was necessary. My friend and I came here this evening even after reading all the awful reviews just to give it a shot. I sat down to get my nails done and a man came over to do them. I could tell from the very start he had no idea what he was doing. He began clipping my fingernails and by the time he got to my pinky he clipped a little chunk of it off. I have gotten my nails done at various places several times over my life & I have NEVER been cut. Especially not by fingernail clippers. After he cut my finger I said "OUCH" he just continued on like nothing had happened. I tried to just let it go (thinking he had just pinched me) but then I started to see blood. At that point I told him I would like to stop. He said okay and apologized. Shortly after, the owner (I think) came over and offered to do them for me. I declined because my pinky was bleeding still. My friend went ahead and continued to get her nails done. When we were leaving the owner said, "come back, we will make you happy next time" I feel as if this was a bigger deal than what they made it out to be. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME! Do not go here! It was the worst experience I've ever had. They rush through your manicure and heard the customers like cattle. I got a shellac manicure that peeled off in 2 days.. Turns out it was just regular polish that they acted like was shellac. What a waste of money and time. read more
