Therapists wear gloves and there is no dipping the stick back into the wax. The best thing about the set up is that there is a tv in each room where you'll be lying back and watching Sex and the City episodes while your wax takes place. You can make an appointment by calling on the phone - I wish they would take appointments online, but it's okay. Cash only (at least for now), which is a bit of a bummer since I try to go cashless and avoid ATM fees, but I bit the bullet and took cash out just to come here.
