Bad. Got a pedicure. I sat down and she put her AirPods in and started cutting my nails. She cut them so short it was hurting but when I tried to tell her this she couldn't hear me cause the AirPods. I finally got her attention (mind you there was no language barrier at all) and her response was "oh". Just "oh" . She then starts filing my already short nails and again it hurt. I pulled my foot back and said "excuse me that hurts you already have them too short". She says nothing. She starts painting my toes and she was like bending my toes in weird directions like it was a hand or something ?? I just don't get it. My boyfriend does this effortlessly like come on now. I've rocked some pretty ugly/ messed up nails before and still never needed to write a bad review. I get it people have their bad days but GIRL. This was ridiculous. I can't even wear closed toe shoes right now cause it still hurts. Even walking with no shoes my toes feel so sensitive read more

I really like the out come of my nails , done by I believe is Anthony. I didn't catch the name of the lady who did my toe but she gave a good spa pedicure. Although I had a appointment and I got started on late. The friendly service made up for it. The shop is very clean and very fancy. I will be back. read more

Was quickly greeted and didn't have to wait too long considering I didn't have an appointment. Older gentleman did my nails. He was not the friendliest which I don't mind, but his English was very broken and it was difficult to understand him, which I also don't mind, but he seemed annoyed with me when I would ask him to repeat himself. I tried to be polite about it but oh well. He did a decent job on my nails. It was supposed to be a bright red glitter but he only did the standard 2 coats so it didn't come out as good as I would have hoped. I would have asked for another coat but he already seemed annoyed with me and seemed in a rush so I let it be. If I had another nail technician maybe I would come back. Everyone else seemed really nice and in no hurry to help the other customers. That's why I give only 3 stars. One other thing...I'm used to tipping on the receipt but he said you have to tell them in advance what you want the tip to be so he can add it to the charge. When I told him I didn't know that but I still wanted to tip he just told me it was too late. I felt bad, so just a forewarning. read more

Got a dip manicure done here on a Thursday for a weekend trip. By Saturday all of them had popped right off of my natural nail which has never happened before. Monday I went after work to get them redone and was charged for a gel manicure that was done sloppily! So between tips and the total of the 2 trips it was $75 for ONE manicure! The new management is very sweet Ann and her husband were very very kind to me. However this was my first experience with the new business owners and I was not too happy. I wanted nice even coffin nails and I left with very un even, lumpy, and rectangular nails. I had dried acrylic on my fingers and under the nail. Ann and her husband took a look and said that they will gladly do my nails next time to look better for me. I took them off about a week later because I just got so tired of them so fast. Thank you Ann and family you guys are very sweet. Side note: I also noticed that the acrylic must be EMA as it was very sticky, tacky, and rough when I removed them myself. Acrylic should soak and scrape off easily, not be sticky and leave rings on your natural nails. read more

This is the very worst place. First time there for a pedicure. The man that did my pedicure filed the side of my foot so hard he gauged a deep wound on the side of my foot. I should sue them!! I had my foot bandaged for nearly two weeks. That's how deep the wound is!!!! Call your attorney before you go there. read more

I've been seeing Joe here for almost a year, who, as I understand, is the owner. He is a really nice guy who actually gets to know his customers. He greets me and asks how my daughter and boyfriend are, whom he's seen only once. He asks me about work, etc. I appreciate that. Secondly, he does nails well. There is a bit of a wait but you will wait anywhere that's worth it. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the in house Polish collection is rather lacking unless you want gel, which I normally get anyhow. For a normal manicure, bring your own polish! read more

They take forever. You will make an appointment and still have to wait. Sometimes they do a great job sometimes it's awful. The older man sucks. My nails were not smooth. He rushes you and doesn't listen to what you have to say. He wants you to choose your color in less than 1 minute. He ruined my view of a halfway decent nail spa. read more

I have never, in all my life, been treated so poorly by an establishment. My sister is getting married tomorrow and we made an appointment for mani/pedis at 11am. We walked in and there were two technicians and the two of us. We got started and my sister showed the man a picture of what she wanted--as it's her wedding. First, he told her that what she wanted wouldn't look good and that he didn't want to do it. Then, when she pressed, he told her that she could go home and do them that way if she wanted (she had told them that she is a beautician). Soon after that, a few of their regulars showed up. As soon as they had additional customers waiting, they began to rush through everything. My technician literally was running around in between coats and finished mine standing up. When the acrylic set was put on my sisters nails, he told her to go sit by me and that he would finish painting her nails later, so that he could start on another clients nails. My sister came over to me with tears in her eyes and and told me what had happened and I reminded them that it was her wedding, we were on a schedule, and could you please take care of her. They ignored our requests and at that point we decided to leave. That's when they started to tell us to get out--WHILE I'm paying for the work that was done. They were literally telling us to just go and get out. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer or ever experienced anything like this in my life. And now we have no time to get our nails finished, and will need to do them ourselves tonight before the wedding. Save your money and tell your friends. I stopped in while staying at a nearby hotel for the night for a conference and had some free time. I had a pedicure and manicure done for $36 which I thought was a reasonable price. Overall the service was good and the location was clean and welcoming. When I asked to pay with a credit card the woman made a face and said they preferred cash due to the high fees that credit card companies charged. I ended up paying in cash but told the woman that I found that unprofessional. I understand the fees can add up but, to me, that is a part of doing business. Or if you are going to push your customers to pay in cash, at least offer a discount to do so. A salon that I would frequently go to had signs hanging up saying if you paid in cash they would give a 5% discount (we would rather give the 5% to our customers than the credit card companies). However overall I was very satisfied with the service. read more

today i decided to treat myself and my daughter to a mani/pedi today at nail stop, it had been recommended to me and i decided to try it out. i went there with high expectations and i had been completely blown away in the WORST way possible, i gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to let the nail tech continue to do my pedicure until i realized that the nail tech had been doing a terrible job, i asked my daughter for a second opinion and she immediately agreed, i told said nail tech i didn't like the job he was doing and got the nail polish taken off, i decided that i no longer wanted to put my money into such an establishment with a nail tech who can't even take the time to do his job right. as i was getting up to leave they began to chase me out the door telling me that i needed to pay for something that i hadn't even got done, and as an American citizen with rights i know that if i don't like the way the service was done or if i'm not satisfied i do not have to pay, and regardless of that nothing was even done for me to pay for anything! they practically harassed me trying to chase me out to the parking lot with their phone cameras! it was horrible, horrifying, frightful, and disgusting unprofessional behavior! i've never seen anything like this place, if i could give them a negative star i would. if you have actual sense you won't go to this place! read more

STAY AWAY!! If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Today was my 2nd and FINAL visit to this place. The first time approximately 3 week's ago I got a brush on gel which alleviates the polish step. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes getting a full set. Today I returned for a fill knowing that I would have to get the same color. When I walked in I told them I needed a fill. I waited about 10 minutes then the older man brought me back. He looked confused when he started grinding my nails down. I explained that I have gel powder with the color in the powder. He insisted it was dip. No its not. Then became very rude saying that they don't do that there. Umm well you did 3 weeks ago. So after the back and forth with zero help from any other employees I had to agree to have my entire set removed and do these dip nails. Not what I wanted but the grinding already started. Soaked my hand for 30 min in acetone. Very rough. I'm bleeding on at least half of my fingers. My nails are bumpy and crooked. Not one employee said anything to me knowing that I was not happy. I will never return and I will tell everyone I know not to go there either. And if I get hepatitis or worse from my hands being mangled they will have more than a bad review to worry about. read more

Been here twice. I hated my nails the first visit, they came out uneven & she filed them really crooked & rough. And when I asked her to file them straight she got an attitude, she was very heavy handed & rude. She rushed & did not even ask if I was satisfied. After she was done she just got up & went to the back of the salon I went back & tried another tech the second time. My nails came out ok & the the tech was very polite. The prices are good & the salon is clean. I just wish I could find someone to do my nails the way I ask. read more

i made an appointment for a full set of acrylics since my normal place was booked i got in fairly quick and showed the girl a picture of what I wanted. i usually have stiletto nails and this time i wanted an ombré. she grabbed the wrong color and gel so i told her i wanted normal polish bc i change the colors a lot and it's easier to remove. she put the nails on and had someone come over so i could show her the picture of what i wanted. the lady then proceeds to tell me that my girl can't do stiletto nails and if i want an ombré it has to be gel. i used to do nails on myself even and ii know that you can do ombré w normal polish. but it was too late and i didn't feel like paying extra for gel so i settled for a short squre shape which is not what i waanted but i didn't want to cause a scene bc i know she was doing her best. she did however manage to cut every single one of my fingers right at the cuticle. i decided to not get them painted bc i didn't want to wait anymore. i used to go here a while ago and i never had any problems idk if it's new management but don't go unless you're planning on getting what you didn't want. read more

Unfortunately since Joe and the owners sold this business I will not be going again. My pedicures have always lasted at a minimum until I chose to get a new one and it was difficult to remove the old paint even then. This time it wore off after just a couple of weeks. At least the old owners had their staff apply at least 2 coats of clear coat and they aways painted over the tips. Tips were not completely coated and only one coat of clear coat. I wasn't even asked if I wanted a design so I didnt ask for one and decided not to give them my money. Another lady wanted gel nail fill ins and the staff had no idea what those were. Very poor English understanding and just not impressed. They also let their very young child stay there apparently and the fumes were so strong I thought that was concerning if this is for long periods of time. I may give them a second chance at some point but I sure do miss Joe and having them greet me pleasantly each and every time. With the new owners and staff it does feel like youre a stranger and as though you've never been there before. read more
