They were incredible, this was the first time in a long time since I've gotten my nails done. And oh my god I was so happy with my nails she did exactly what I asked and we made great conversation. Jackie, the woman who did my nails not only did a great job but has a shoulder problem and did not take a break and made sure they looked awesome. Update to "managers" response: The manager's response is a complete joke and only exposes how unhinged he really is. He flat-out lied -- I have never missed two appointments. I have canceled an appointment ONCE and I called and left a message days before due to a change in my work schedule. It happened once. Now he's on Yelp throwing a tantrum, spitting out lies, and embarrassing himself publicly. This man is rude, arrogant, and delusional if he thinks this behavior is acceptable. The nail techs are skilled, but the manager is nasty, unprofessional, and the absolute downfall of this business. Not to mention....this isn't an appointment only salon....so even if I walked in later that day it's possible I could have gotten serviced. The point is I missed ONE appointment in the YEARS I've been going here. That's on me, and I took responsibility and apologized because I respect people's time- but accidents happen. And I was treated with no grace, understanding or even basic respect as you can see below. The good news is, I found an excellent new nail tech the same day xoxo read more

WOW. Honey, you all outdid yourselves. To accommodate my bridal party and have us get pedicures at the same time, each technician took their time perfecting our nails, and then provided me with complimentary nail and skin care afterwards was the cherry on top. They are true masters at their craft. Each of us enjoyed every second, especially my mother who fell asleep during her pedi bc it was SO RELAXING! This is a nice saying with reasonable prices and a good atmosphere where I enjoyed a basic pedicure ($40) and got my eyebrows waxed ($12). I was seated quickly after arriving at my appointment time and choosing a color. The variety of polishes is nice. A younger technician did my pedicure; she was very accommodating, offering me a drink, checking on the water temp, and making sure I was satisfied with the color before painting my nails. She spent long time on the massage portion of the service, which was nice. However, when I got home, I noticed there was some dead skin around the sides of my nails that should have been trimmed but wasn't, so I wish she had spent more time on that. My eye brow service was quick and the technician was responsive. The manager made sure someone with their license did it, which I appreciated. The place seemed clean and chill. I love that they offer complimentary drinks (wine and soft drinks). My technicians were really nice, too. Plus, the prices are reasonable. I'll be back. read more

Staff was so accommodating. We ran late due to some traffic and they took us right away honoring our reservation. I had a lovely gel manicure that was so well done. My mom is a regular and got dip that was beautiful. My litter sister got a full set that was effortlessly done. Overall the place is very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. read more

I made an appointment to get my nails done with my regular person however they didn't tell me she didn't work there anymore. They made the appointment, took me in & took the polish off my nails. (The person who takes the polish off is not the same person who does your nails.) When he was done taking the polish off, I asked if I should go sit at her station. He said no. After sitting for 10 minutes, I asked where she was, as I thought she was possibly doing a pedicure or eating lunch. He said "oh she doesn't work here anymore." I said "well why am I here & why didn't you tell me when you scheduled the appointment or before you took my polish off OR when I asked if I should sit at her station?" He said "I didn't lie to you." What kind of response is that? Someone else finished my nails. I wasn't happy & will never return or recommend them. read more

I scheduled an appointment for acrylic nails. Lady was nice, but I am extremely disappointed nonetheless. I asked for almond shaped nails and had to ask multiple times for them shortened, and then ended up being very pointy. However, the root of the issue was the design. I showed an exact picture of leopard print on 3 of five nails. The color she chose was far too light and the spots ending up being exactly that- spots. It looked nothing like I requested, and I would have rather been told the design was too difficult. Overall, despite being friendly... the quality was very disappointing and I went elsewhere to get them fixed. Would not be back. My friend was also disappointed and had to get her thumb repainted.
