He immediately took our coats and asked what type of beverage we would like (tea, coffee or wine). Yesss...I'm liking him already. We had to complete some paperwork and was then was escorted to the Zen room. We each sat, drank and chatted away until it was time for our appointments. We all were taken about the same time for our treatments which was good. I went with the deep tissue massage. My masseuse Christine was awesome. She ask me if I had any questions or any areas that she wanted her to work on. I explain my aliments which were my calf's and the heels of my feet from my workout in the gym. Christine worked on those areas and gave me suggestions on things I could do at home to alleviate some of the pain. She spoke only if I had questions which is what I like and was professional and caring. She made it a wonderful experience. After noticing the lack of effectiveness, I contacted the business multiple times to address the issue and seek a resolution.(called at 5, days at 10 days and then seen at 14 days) At 14 days I was given 5 units and paid for 4 more units. Despite making several good-faith attempts--including returning for follow-up visits--the customer service was poor and dismissive. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was ultimately refused any corrective treatment, refund, or reasonable explanation. The response was " You are full of drama and do you want my lawyers phone number?" $700 for Botox is a good amount of money to not have satisfactory results. Botox is a medical aesthetic service that requires accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this business failed in both treatment results and customer care. I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting ethical practices, proper follow-up, or responsibility for outcomes.

I would have gone if I could have arranged transportation but using a disruption they planned themselves to deny me service and then charge me for that denial is not the kind of character that any business should have.

My husband and I always feel so welcomed here. Kelly is incredibly kind, accommodating, and inviting. We also loved that they have a fully stocked, self service coffee bar available anytime, featuring a great variety of coffees, espressos, teas, and even hot chocolate to suit whatever mood you are in. You can tell Kelly takes a lot of pride in the integrity of the historic home and of her business. Overall, the treatments were very relaxing and better than I expected. Speaking with some of the staff, I found out that a majority of them used to work for the famous Hershey Spa so I assume that people who have been there can expect similar service.
