Horrible! Expect to wait & wait even with an appointment. Made appointments for 12:45 on a Sunday. When you walk in you check in on an ipad and thats it. Multiple customers got taken before us. Once it got to 1pm i asked how much longer. And 2 minutes later they sit us down. Seems like theres no order or organization on which customers are next. Typical large salon not focused on good service to customers. I didn't make an appointment with a specific nail tech because I figured a gel pedicure is so standard they should all be able to do the service. WRONG! I wont mention who we had do our pedicures but if you want to book here only book with a specific person mentioned on google & yelp who does a good job. As for the pedicures the polish job was sloppy. My nails and cuticles weren't filed evenly or trimmed enough. My friend wasnt worked on at the same time as me. Her pedicures also was bad and very rushed. The tech cut her cuticle and made her bleed. Not to mention trying to upsell her on other nail services when a basic pedicure cant be done. I went in expecting to do hanging white dip ombre' and the guy doing my nails suggested I try gel X. I am so thankful that he suggested this because the way the nails grow out with gel instead of acrylic or dip powders, is amazing and it remains very beautiful for at least 3 weeks that I can attest to. The nail salon is also decorated very nicely and I absolutely adore the lights that they have and I need to get some for my home! Easy to book an appointment, massage chairs, while you're waiting, and overall just really great results for a great price! I selected one because zero was not an option. I went to the salon on 5/7/25 to get a pedicure and manicure. The started me with a manicure this service was so horrible I opted out of getting the pedicure. The male who did my manicure acted as if he did not know how to do one. He did a terrible job. He pushed back my cuticles and did not apply cuticle treatment, did not trim around my nails for excessive cuticles, did not put any lotion on my hand or massage them. I said to him normally when I get a manicure they usually clean around my entire nail for any excess cuticles. The polish he put on my nails started coming off the same day. They were not hospitable. When this establishment first opened the atmosphere was lovely they offered wine, sodas, and other drinks for free. They did excellent manicures and pedicures. They also used real fruit when doing pedicures. I'm not sure if they still use real because I didn't care to get the pedicure. To add insult to injury they accused me and my son not paying for services. We were outside walking to the car and an employee came running out of the shop yelling stop you didn't pay. I started recording the incident. He went back inside consulted with his manager to find out that we did pay. Never returning. Never recommending anyone to go there. This new salon sucks real bad. I went in for a fill for my pedicure and manicure. Plain French tips on my toes and nails. My basic pedicure took 2hrs alone. And still got my manicure afterwards. I was in the salon for 3hrs. Just to return 3 days later because the tips on my big toenails literally popped off. This place sucks and is over priced at that. Let me also say, the guy who did my pedicure had full conversations with me in ENGLISH. He started using a product I never had before so I asked about the price. Soon as I asked the price he no longer could speak to me in English as if he all of a sudden forget and then ignored me completely. I got a gel manicure TODAY and I didn't even wash dishes or do anything other than wash clothes and put them away after drying them. The gel on my tip is already coming off and he cut me when filing my nails. The other hand he filed so hard on the sides that he cut me and made a dent on the side. I also have a little bit of my previous gel color which was green on my thumb. I've been here a couple of times and never had a problem. I won't let the guy with glasses and he was wearing a cap today do my nails ever again. So disappointed! read more

Eric did my powder mani and spa pedi. He is very kind and the salon is spacious and clean. However, both mani and pedi was applied sloppily and they are not perfect. The prices are on the upper end and same as I pay back home in NYC which is 50-55 for a powder mani. The place is nice and clean, however the way they conducted business I do not appreciate. I took my daughter, 4, and we got pedicures. The owner or manager was pushing her to get gel which I had to turn down multiple times. Then asked my daughter, without asking me, to paint her finger nails, then proceeded to charge me $10 for just painting her nails. In addition there were multiple signs stating your first service you receive 20% off, even within the shoppes. When I asked the manager said no that's no longer going on. I told him I just saw the sign today and he said he took it down so he cannot honor it. Honestly it's a shame bc the place is really nice but I don't appreciate the sales tactics they used. I went on Sunday to get a quick fill and a fix as one of my nails came off. my normal nail salon is closed on Sundays. I had Kimberly as my nail tech. First red flag was she didn't even get all my old polish off before applying acrylic for the fill. She was so rough she cut me multiple times. I had to pull back from her because she was drilling my natural nails so hard it burnt. She asked if my one nails was tender which I said yes and she continued to push down so hard applying a new tip that my finger was still red on Tuesday. When she applied the new tip she used so much glue and it stuck to her finger and she continued to RIP her finger off which caused extreme pain as well. The tip she did apply was not even with the rest of my nails and was so long I literally went home and cut and filed it myself to match the rest of the length. I did not complain because I just wanted to get through it and get to work but I will never go back, especially if I have Kimberly as a tech. My friend and I have been going since they opened. We loved the pedicures because the attention and time they put into them. We had every different level of pedi offered. Yesterday we both got the deluxe and the cost with gel was $84. I do not mind spending that amount on a pedicure if I receive the service that goes along with it. Hardly a massage of legs or feet. Used the stones for about 1 minute. It's beyond disappointing for the cost and also the transition in customer service.
