It has gone through different management, but some of the techs are O.G.'s. Gel manicures are usually on point, but the past couple visits... the pedicurists have been lacking, yet I continued to give them my business out of loyalty. I booked an appt. the day prior and requested a specific pedicurist. Upon arrival, there was another weekly frequenter who was there for an hour before me with the pedicurist I booked and she tried to hand me off to someone else. When I said I booked an appt with you... she start whining and raising her voice; so rude and mean the rest of the experience and did a horrendous job. I was in such shock to be treated so poorly that I just left.... instead of speaking my mind as I typically do.
