Then proceeded to use old nail lights that didn't seem to get hot enough as well as she didn't time how long I was using them and as it turned out to Wasn't near long enough. When I was finished my thumb smudged and the polish started to come off. I have never had a gel Mani smudge. When I brought it to her attention she remove the polish and started over never putting a base coat and only applying two coats of polish as opposed to the three coats that were on my other fingers causing my thumb to be a lighter color than the rest. Today one day later my nails are chipping again I've never had a Gel mani chip in one day. Guess my nails are gonna look awful for Christmas as I do not have the time to go back and I will not deal with them again.

Seemed like a huge rip off but I promised my 13y/o the gift of nails for the 1st day of school. The whole process was done quicker than my pedicure, a record 30 mins or less. They looked a little meh but only something we would notice. Exactly TWO DAYS!!! later one nail popped off and 3 others were peeling up. We went back and she fixed 5 nails total for free, one nail looking wonky af but at this point, I just wanted to be done with it. Once we walked in the door of our house ANOTHER nail popped off. Went back and it was fixed. One week later ANOTHER nail popped off and another is peeling up. Clearly they did not clean off the oil or something. Claimed it was because she had thin nails... She's had acrylic before with no problem. I think it was because after we sat down they got really busy and blew through her nails. I am also a little angry I left a $15 tip. Honestly, when we went back to show her the damage the first time, I wanted a refund but she pulled my daughter to the chair and immediately began working. I feel bad leaving such a bad review but their work was horrendous. Will never come back.

I misread the sign outside that said $45 for gel mani/pedi, only 18 years or under, so that's totally my fault. The salon has no menu up with prices. The pedicure wasn't so bad, however I disliked the fact they did not disinfect the tub after use which makes me question whether the one used for myself was clean to begin with. I thought maybe I missed it but another lady finished after me and no one properly cleaned the pedi tub after her. The staff charged me $20 for the acrylic removal, which was ridiculous; I understand that this area is more expensive but $10 seemed more appropriate. Nancy was going to leave it at $10 IF I spent the $60 on the gel mani/pedi. The manicure was mediocre. Donna never soaked my nails as every other salon does (and I've been to many from the east coast to west coast, even internationally), I had to request it. I asked them to leave my nails their current length and Nancy cut them down too short. Nancy kept insisting if I wanted them shorter after I specifically said no. Donna filed my nails rounded square when I asked for square. After washing my hands I had to personally fix the shape and length on some of my nails and file down some of the acrylic left behind from their $20 removal. The paint job was crappy, my boyfriend thought I painted them myself. First time here and last time here. Maybe they treat their regulars great but not their new clients.
