They were gone on phone...I explained what I wanted and that i'd be going at lunch time. They assured me it wouldn't take more than an hour. I got there 5 minutes befire my appt....sat... waited for 10. Ok. Once she started she went strong and tore my skin.... then shuffled me over to someone else to cut cuticles and paint cause she had someone coming in..... she cut me ..... gel manicure for $35 already chipped within 3 days. Bottom line? Never going there again. I'd rather drive somewhere further and get service I pay for. read more

Horrible! Horrible! My $60 gel set is lifting off after just 2 days. I asked for a very simple nail art design and the technician did a terrible job (and charged me and extra $10 which would've been fine if they did a good job), trying to pass it off as being good rather than admitting this is not their specialty and telling me they couldn't do it. Not wanting to make a scene in a full salon I left without saying how unhappy I was. Quickly went home and redid my polish myself. After two nails popping off I am going back to have them redone (they refuse to issue a refund) and then NEVER going back again. Probably OK for a simply manicure, but don't go here if you want anything beyond that! read more

It's like "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. The ladies are all friendly and they do a good job with mani pedi or gel mani. Usually there's no wait for walk ins. The regular clients make appointments. Mani lasts about a week. Gel mani lasts 2-3 weeks, like the pedi. read more

I went with my mom and sisters about 2 years ago, and I got a French and it was not the best I've gotten way better, the customer service was great but the nails were not the best, my sisters were also not the best they missed spots and the nail polish didn't last long, I would not suggest coming here, thank you. read more

Great pedicure. She took her time and gave me a nice massage BUT when I went to someone else for a manicure, she pushed my cutticles back and kind of cut some of them and then painted them. Thats it. She didn't even file my nails. I was pretty disappointed. There are too many nail places for me to choose from to go back here again. read more

$25 dollar special M-W, otherwise $30. Although I am not sure how this compares to Tenafly costs (in NYC where I am, the going rate can be as low as 19.95) the service was great. The Korean ladies reminded me of motherly folks trying to set up their of-age children with potential daughter in laws, unassumingly, stopping in for a mani and pedi. Anywayyyyyyyy... I digress... The lady that gave me a mani and pedi was caring, engaging (spoke english and korean) and threw in a "free" scrub for my poor flip flop dry heels. Oh and.. can I ask what the deal is on folks that tip POORLY at these mani pedi shops? Don't you realize that these folks are handling your stinky feet, calluses and are sweet individuals? Right.. having said that.. tip in cash~!! I'd go back if I braved crossing the bridge to NJ in the near future. read more

The establishment is busy and clean. The pedicure chairs are awkward with only throw pillows as support. The chairs are large armchairs with no massage capability. Smaller humans need extra pillows to sit in these chairs. Foot basins are merely sinks with no whirlpool features. The foot rests on these basins are tiny porcelain ledges that are both slippery when wet and too small for the services being administered. The staff is nice but quiet. They are not comfortable with male clients and they also charge men more than women for services. For a guy that doesn't use nail polish (cost) and has regularly manicured nails (not big maintenance) this is insulting. Will not return here. read more

happened to park next to this salon while running errands and thought to get myself a treat. My gel manicure and regular pedicure look horrible after only one week (I usually only have to go once a month) and I was really disappointed with the service. My pedicure lasted two seconds- and I really needed one, considering I'm pregnant and can't reach my toes- and the woman adjusted the chair for me (I'm short?) without asking, to an uncomfortable position and painful for my pregnant stomach. I told her I couldn't sit like that and had to lower the back, and got a dirty look. Had the gel mani done at the same time, without soaking nails, minimal filing (which was uneven), or cuticles. They looked fine after but besides for chipping right away, which has never happened to me with a gel, I felt like I could have done them myself at home because the nails didn't get other care besides for polish. Besides for the actual nail service, I was also disappointed with the people. I can't speak for everyone there, but the only 'nice' touch they had was to pass me my bag when it was time to pay- even though my bag was right next to me and in easy reach, but didn't offer a hand to help me get down from the chair or anything (and when I say heavily pregnant I mean I'm huge!) There was nobody waiting and it felt like they were trying to get me out the door by literally throwing my bag in my lap while I stretched my arm out for it. I'm not a snob, or go to many different nail places- I get gels fairly regularly but pedicures as a treat, so I'm not super picky. This was hands down the worst place I've ever been to and will not be returning. Wish I had looked at reviews before! read more
