Fast nail place they have there days where they do your nails very lovely but then there are days where if they are busy they will rush on to next customer. The prices change depending on what you get. Nails sometimes last up to 2- 3 weeks. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a full-set! I walked in and asked for an acrylic overlay TWICE, when I sat down the nail technician began gluing on fake nails. I thought she must not have understood what I asked and so I just ended up settling for a full set. I then showed the nail technician a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and told her I wanted them to look as NATURAL as possible. Once she was finished, my nails were so uneven, the color was uneven and blotchy and my nails flared out because the nails that had been glued on were way too big for my actual nail! My mom and me were looking to get a pedicure and get pampered. And shoot thought this place might be the "it" spot but it wasn't all it was was a big disappointment. I hated it. My pedicure lasted about 5 minutes to the max and she almost forgot to rub my other foot with the hot stones I had to remind her and she told me she forgot. I guess i will just forget this place exists. On top of it the so called pumice thing wasn't even new. I think that if you're overbooked they need to let us know not try to take out money and not give us at least 10 min of a pedi. They rushed my mom and me out the salon. Nail Tech is under new management. I went in today for a manicure. I think I disturbed the employee from getting her nap. She barely said 5 words to me. She cut my nails too short and filed my nails uneven. To top it off while I was watching TV she started playing a foreign program on her phone that was so loud that I couldn't hear the TV. The polish was uneven with lighter tones on some of my nails. Overall, the shop was unfriendly with poor service. They didn't even thank me for my business! For using debit card. Had tipped Van $5. So didn't have enough cash to pay. I was a &1.00 short, only had $27. Cash. Had to use debit card! She got the buck !!! Manager/owner very greedy. I walked right in and was immediately greeted. I asked for a pedicure and was directed to a chair and the hot water bath was started for me. I did wait quite a bit, however all the nail technicians were busy with other clients. As soon as a technician was free she immediately came over, apologized for the wait, and started on my pedicure. I got the basic pedicure ($23) with white tips (5$). They certainly advertised their other pedicure options but weren't pushy. I've been a loyal customer of David for years at Nail tech I seen something today that was so unprofessional by nail tech Lee is what she go"s by . she treated a paying customer who scheduled with her so horrible. She told her she would have to wait until 12:30 for a manicure when client had previously made appointment with her for 9am the crazy thing is Emily and Linda were there for this specific customer she made her appointment with all 3 of them. What upset me is then Lee the nail tech finished working on walk ins ! She then sat there and answered phone telling people she had 11 o'clock available! Lee is very unprofessional this specific customer is also very well known in community! she tips the ladies generously and she's so sweet ! I see David all the time I told her to use David! Lee may do good work but she is very unprofessional needs to learn what appointment means she triple books or flakes on times ! thank goodness for Linda and David they saved the day Linda called David to come in for the client who was poorly treated by Lee and Lee even laughed about the situation! Nancy is wonderful!! My daughter helped me clear out the flower beds and wanted a set of nails for payment. She was determined to get them done on Easter. Nancy took the call and was open, she asked how long we would be and we told her about 30 minutes. It took us longer than expected to clean up, but Nancy waited for us, delaying her time with her family. The nails she did for myself and my daughter were very good and we are completely satisfied- plus she is only about a mile from my house! I was in town visiting Inlaws for thanksgiving and my mother-in-law suggested we get our nails done, so we went here. So over all the girl did a nice job on my manicure but I've had better. She didn't message my hands or put lotion on them, and my french tips werent as straight as they should be. The place also looks like it needs a deep cleaning badly. Very disappointing. I went in a week ago paid $21 for gel over my natural nail. I normally go to a diff. Salon went in due to convenience , near my home . Usually this will last 2 week or more @ any nail shop. The next day one chipped, and started peeling , the next one the following day. The owner was the one to do such bad job, kept insisting I get acrylic, I am trying to grow out and not damage my nails anymore . Another one started to peel and now a week later it looks like I did this myself and have just not redone My color like in junior high or hs when u don't cafe much. Wow never again will I walk on their no matter how much I need the gel color . It even lifted by the cuticle on one and peeled up. I initially came and got my nails done by a tech that sat there and complained about her back hurting the whole time. Out of all the asians working there she was the Caucasian one. She proceeded to state how much work she was doing and proceeded to show me a slip of paper that showed how much she had done for the day and made me feel like she was forced to do my nails. She did a really bad job on my nails and placed really thick acrylic and my nails were all uneven. As soon as I got home my nails begin to chip and break. So I came back and Cynthia worked on my nails and did a great job. She had to add more acrylic and try to reshape the mess that the first person did. I'm not sure if I will be going back to the nail salon. Unless I specifically ask Cynthia to work on my nails. read more

This place isn't so good. I went to get acrylic nails and the lady basically was telling me what to get. Besides the rude people, their quality is also pretty bad. my nails all uneven and bumpy. They are also unshaped. It costed me $5 extra dollars to get them shaped right. I suggest to save your money and get them done somewhere better and cheaper. These people here are so unprofessional I asked for a manicure and halfway through my manicure one of my nails started bleeding I didn't think nothing much of it until a Second nail started to bleed and then there was a third now that started to bleed so after having this horrible experience and my nails being on fire I told the lady that I'm not paying full price for a manicure that I was supposed to enjoy and be relaxed but instead my hands are throbbing because three of my nails are bleeding and one it wouldn't stop bleeding and all the lady could do I believe it's the lady that wears glasses she's a much older lady said she can only give me a two dollar discount despite the whole experience being horrible. My daughter was graduating from jr high on the 30th of may and we waited until the day of to get her nails done it was sort it of a last minute decision. I called and said we could be there in ten mins and they took her we decided on gel nails and a pedi then added my other daughter wanted a set of nails they weren't busy but we're visibly irritated for add on. My daughter started her pedi it was rushed she was done within 10 mins while others who were there lasted quite a while then they started on her nails, my other daughter got started on hers as well. One got get gel the other regular both had red marks throughout there fingers like they were knicked several times because of how fast they were going. My daughter who got gel nails were raised really high and weren't done very clean they looked like bubbles on nails cuticles were showing and just looked rushed. It's now the 3rd and both have had broken nails, chips and irritation on there hands. The ladies there were in a hurry lacked conversation unless speaking to one another in a different language of course and we're less than inviting my girls were super excited and got less than expected. They only get one star because I can't put zero. My mother went to this nail salon last week to get her nails done. When she walked in,the employees were eating and the manager was talking loudly about her credit statement. My mother is disabled; one of her hands is slightly stiff and curled. However, I manage to do her nails just fine so there's no reason a professional couldn't work around this. The women in the salon took one look at her and said no, they could not accommodate her. None of them asked about her disability or even tried to look at her hand. They saw she was using a walker and said no. My mother left embarrassed. Shame on you Nail Tech. . read more

The first time I came here they did a pretty good job, but when I came back a second time it was torture! They grinded my nail beds down so far I thought they were about to make a hole! They spent at least 30 mins of it just grinding my nails down. It hurt extremely bad and I was almost in tears. When the torture was finally over they left my nails really sharp on the edges and later that day I cut my leg with my nail. After a couple days you could see bruising under my nails. The bruising lasted for weeks even after my nails came off...I will never go back there again it was honestly a traumatic experience for me and every time I get my nails done now I cringe when they get the drill read more

I went to nail tech a year ago and walked in and walked out it was dirty and the people were rude and tried again a couple months ago because was close to me and it was nice and clean and Yvonne was very welcoming and listened and thanks to the new management it was nice. You can see dramatic change from a year ago when I first was going to try it. Took me two years to find nail place that I feel comfortable and love nail tech and suggest everyone to try it out. It's sad how bad this salon has changed over years. I've been coming here when there were different owners but since this place changed management I've been trying to stay a customer but I just can't anyone. Everyone is so rude. I was getting my nails done to go to Vegas that night and so I showed Cynthia a picture and asked if she could do it and if not I can go somewhere else but she said she's done it many times. My nails were so uneven and lumpy, she was too busy to finish mine apparently so she passed me over to her mother to finish and I figured they weren't going to let me leave with these ugly nails and when they wanted me to pay I told the mother no because that's not what I asked for and I showed her the picture and she told Cynthia that's not what I wanted. So then they passed me over to the white girl who works there to fix them which she just made them short and painter over them in all solid nail polish. I was pissed! So I walked over to Cynthia telling her look at her work and what the three of them did. So she asked me to stay to fix it and I she tried but it was horrible and still left with solid white nails that hurt so much. And I still paid her 60 dollars with no tip! That's insane. I have been here a few times and nails where fine. But only if you get nails done from the guy! I usually get coffin nails but short and simple .. she tried make my nails look like nosferatu!!
