Would not go back ever wanted to try a new place for my nails they added on charges while explaining it to me I've never paid $90 for nails. That's what they charged me for something that look like dog nails don't know how to do French tip on toes they could've explained that, but they wanted to charge more for it. They messed up my nails they kept cutting me. I understand that they don't copy and print the same design, but the design that I explain to the person they did it so bad. read more

Not a great place. services not worth the money. Lumpy Gel mani- pedi. Massage was less than a min. Don't listen to customer. Talked to each other more than the clients. Wouldn't listen to what was asked for. old equipment/ old chairs: they don't seem to put money into upgrading. even the magazines show they haven't had anything since 2018. uncomfortable atmosphere- felt like we were interrupting them: poor Communication ;and not talking about language; we knew they were talking about us- we didn't care... but at least listen to what the person is asking for. will not return. read more

Clean place, friendly staff and comfy chairs! Went here while visiting Port Charlotte for vacation and needed to find a place for pedicures for my sister and I. A neighbor recommended this place and I'm happy she did. Nothing fancy hut not dirty or outdated or anything. The massage chairs were convenient as it helps you to relax. Great people great environment good vibes but, they over charged my friend on their services menu it said that a acrylic with gel is $37 they charged her $50 and I myself got a more complicated nail design and I paid the same price in my opinion I think my dear friend got scammed. read more

THIS PLACE IS NASTY!!! When I walked in the guy was eating Cheetos and didn't bother to wash his hands. He wiped them quickly on a napkin and still got cheese dust on my hands. Then he argued with me about wether I had a tip on or not and doubted me about having dip on my nails. It shut him up when he saw that it was indeed dip and the length was my actual nails and not a tip. Then to top it all off, he poured the acetone I just soaked my nails in back in to the bottle to be used again. All I could think of, was how many people who probably didn't wash their hands had their nails soaked in that same acetone. They deserve negative stars. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNHYGIENIC and need to be shut down. read more

Place is horrible! They did a sloppy job on my nails and the staff was incredibly rude!!

I desperately needed a pedi and this was close to my sister-in-law's house. The shop was clean and the staff was pleasant and best of all, they were open on Christmas Eve. Had to subtract a star, however, because they charge $10 more than a pedi at home in California ($24 vs. $14). Not sure why, since the cost of living is much lower, but it is what it is. My normal salon does a little better job too, but I enjoyed the experience and the spa chairs. It was nice to have pretty toenails so I could wear sandals again. read more
