I don't ever leave reviews but this place is ridiculous!! I told them not to cut down my toes and they still did! The French tip is nothing like the picture and I showed him the picture as he was doing it ! Then the water was cold I asked for him to make it warmer and he put more cold water in there! The towels were cold ! And even the hot rocks he put in cold water before he used them! And charged me $70!!Out of all the pedicures I've had this was by far the worst experience! read more

Made appointments for our group 3 different times and they always ended up the same. Appointment at 10:30 then didn't even fill my tub until 11:20. My feet went in 3 minutes later polish came off nails cut buffed heals next foot. Then polish. No soaking no cleaning. I started soaking when 3 of 4 in the group had polish and drying. I gave them 4 tries never again. I tried Coco nail bar and LOVE it. read more

Very friendly staff, quality of Mani Pedi was excellent. The salon is often busy but you never feel rushed and get you right in. Just a nice place with good people, decent prices and attention to detail for service is excellent. It is my "go to" place. read more

Awful. My sister I took her there for her birthday guft as a surprize. Salon was absolutely beautiful Unfortunately the tech ( male ) was awfull he was rude and very abrasive after a complete hour her nails are terrible They are all lifting and rough to the touch I took her back this morning ( 1 day later ) to show the Manager/ Owner and politely explained the situation and he said " thats how they are supposed to look ? I will file them smooth and repaint but nothing else " I explained Im not satisfied at all and would expect a complete refund as I woukd take her to another salon ! Manger said he would not do that. Further more I requested a female to do the nails and he said they are all booked as I saw several talking sitting doing absolutely nothing He best solution was to smooth and repaint with appointment only to which is 5 hours from now It's currently 12pm This salon is not customer friendly nor do they stand behind there work only offer excuses when any nail tech can plainly see all mails are lifting and will come off very soon. no more I will never use this salon nor do I recommend it to anyone Essence Salome on Cochran Rd Port Charlotte you lost 2 high tipping high paying clients for life It's a shame the manger didn't offer any compensation just excuses.
