I had my first bad gel pedicure experience in PG six weeks ago at a different nail salon. Nail Envy and their manicurists, Leah and Henry made the other location. look like a Pre-K student in the industry. First they are welcoming happy upbeat people. Second they focus 100% on health and hygiene. They use gloves, masks if necessary, tub covers, clean utensils with every guest. They take their time, they are patient, listen to your concerns, you are never rushed. The massage chairs are not old and broken but instead comfort you. Your end result is getting the service you wanted just as you wanted and for an affordable fee. Our toes have never been happier! I did not review because it's hard to do a negative review but the place was dingy and the tec fid not give me what I asked for. My experience at Noire was exceptional. I was greeted warmly without a reservation. The host, possibly owner, began the process of removing the ill-fated nails, which were too long for me and driving me crazy. Once a tech was available I moved to Frankie's station. Frankie made sure he knew what I wanted and went on to give me a beautiful set of acrylic nails My favorite pomegranate red. I was very happy. I scheduled a follow up appointment with Frankie when it was time for a fill and the experience just got better. I like short nails and usually the tek will explain I have yo go with square shape even though I like round. Once I explained what I wanted to Frankie he made it happen.
