In the end - customer service helped me cancel my membership with no attempt to resolve or rectify the disposal of my eyewear. Will never return.

She had literally just gotten home from her own vacation, I don't even think she'd made it home yet, and still squeezed me into her schedule before my long drive. Another non benefit with this cheap experience is no longer able to store lotion. Customer service clearly not a priority. Skimming a bit too much off the top which I would guess is not worth it when considering customers that have been coming long term and don't appreciate the bare bones treatment. These type of changes are a bad look and not worth it to sustain satisfaction to at least be able to wipe our hands, feet from the spray. Whoever made these dumb decisions for such low cost cuts should lose their job. Shame - not worth it

The girl at the counter was very friendly and got the line down really fast. I felt that this facility was clean and well kept. I tanned in a level 1 bed. The room was clean. I appreciate the locations that do provide spray deodorant, which is a plus. I tanned the full 15 minutes. All the fans worked and really put out some air. There was also a radio connected to the bed if you wished to listen to music. There were lots of rooms so it can handle a large number of people at this location. All in all, I was pleased to check out this location and plan to be back. I have tanned at South Beach Tanning for close to 10 years and it's been great.

The place is clean and has an array of different tanning lotions you can purchase. She also offers different packages which are a little pricey, but very fair in relation to other tanning salons.
