it was my first time there, and to say the least i will not be returning…read more i'm an indecisive person when it comes to choosing a nail color, but once i find something i like, my heart is set on it. i originally wanted the bright pink with a shimmer coat on top. the technician i saw completely bashed what i had chosen, so i asked if i could pick a different color. clearly, she was very impatient with me, and once i picked out a more subtle pink, since i'm trying out different nail colors/styles before i get engaged, i still wanted a glitter coat on top. she completely dismissed what i had chosen, and pretty much stated that she didn't like it. i felt forced to stick with the original color, so i just decided to do chrome on top. i asked for white chrome, and the technician next to her told her to try another chrome shade on me, which wasn't even remotely close to what i had asked for. it was a purple chrome rather than the white, and told her i wanted to stick with white. i'm not picky or confrontational, but i know what i like, and don't like. if the nail tech actually gets to know me, sees me a ton, then sure, i'll ask for their opinion. but if it's someone i'm just meeting, i didn't ask, and i just want you to put what i ask for, in fact, what i know i want, on my nails. if you're picky about your nails, and don't want someone else's opinion without asking for it, this nail salon is not for you.

So I rescheduled and came back Tuesday morning. From day one I was amazed on how many color options they have... today.... I had Sonny he Gave me time and space to pick out my color (I picked out the wrong color at first) I got acrylic fills gel polish on hands and regular polish on toes($60). Sonny was fast and amazing. He did such a great job and asked to assure me of the service because to be honest... I don't speak up when I'm uncomfortable and unhappy. It's been years since I last got a pedicure, and I decided on the " I love myself" pedicure, where I received a foot and leg massage as well as hot towels and scrubs. I love the massage chair and I loved the quick service. I did not have an appointment, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes before somebody came over and started on my pedicure. Hollys transitions are SO smooth when they grow out which is something I highly value as I can't stand when a set grows out and snags everything. She's also extremely gentle and talented with artwork. I admit I'm not adventurous with nail art but I've been inspired to try some here and there. I usually get the GelX; I actually wanted dip the first time and I was talked into trying GelX and haven't looked back since! Other nail techs seem to be great too as I know they have their regulars and requests and their work looks good. Glow is clean and quiet; something I find valuable as someone typically nervous about nail salons. I've never had a pedicure here but they must be great as I always see them so busy and booked! One of these days I'll have to try it out.
