Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience I have ever had. I'm a full-time working mom with 6-month-old twins, and today--on my birthday--I finally carved out time after 4 exhausting weeks to do something for myself: a simple fill with red French tips, which is my go-to. I even showed a reference photo. What I got was not French at all. The tech literally painted half my nail with no curve, no shape--nothing close to what I asked for. When he asked if I liked it, I calmly and honestly said no. That's when everything went downhill. He immediately became aggressive--yelling at me, grabbing my finger and squeezing it painfully while roughly wiping it with acetone. He stood over me, continuing to yell in his language and making angry gestures. I was the ONLY customer in the salon, and not one other employee stepped in to help or de-escalate the situation. I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable being berated like that by a man over simply giving honest feedback. I was not rude. I did not raise my voice. I just said it wasn't French. I had to call another worker over myself to show the issue, all while he continued yelling. At that point, I just asked to pay and leave so I could go somewhere else. I have NEVER been treated like this in my life. Do NOT go here--especially if you expect basic professionalism or respectful treatment. They clearly cannot handle feedback, and no one should feel intimidated, disrespected, or unsafe while trying to get their nails done. Worst nail salon in Altamonte Springs. I'm very disappointment and unhappy with my service today usually Tammy it's very careful and cautious and patient but today she was distracted did not listen. I guess he was because he was crowded but I'm completely unsatisfied. My nails look bad. They have no good shape. She clipped them too much. Paid 164 dollars for my wife's nails toes and fingers. They look like melted plastic. They also are disrespectful.

Please do not come here. What I asked for and what I received were very different. The work is botchy and quality is awful. My pedicure felt half done and my gel manicure was a mess I left having gel polish all over my fingers. I wanted a French tip with chrome and the lining came out awful and the chrome very uneven. read more

I'm not one to write reviews about nail salons, but this place was great. Super cute inside vibe, decor and great customer service. Mr. Lee did my nails and he did a wonderful job and was super friendly and funny. Service was reasonably priced too, $25 for a great pedi and they didn't push anything. Also loved that they have their menu of services printed for you to see. Oh, and they also offered us soda and water and cookies! It's the little things like that make a difference. Make sure you ask the price before you do anything! I asked for chrome nails, the owner came over and they spoke for a while, in another language, then they said they could do it. At the end, he told me to do it another way next time so it would be cheaper and I asked why they didn't suggest that from the beginning. He just said he didn't know. I then asked how much it would be, he said $40 for dip + $15 for gel + $15 for chrome....but they would give me a deal today for $65. The chrome is not that great, you can see the color through the chrome, and there's residue on my cuticles. Not worth $65. There's no price list anywhere, so I think they just charge whatever they want to whoever they want. read more

I came here for a simple gel mani and pedi and left with pure disappointment. The pedi was done carelessly as the polish was applied too thick and looked amateur. The gel mani was even worse as the nails were not filed evenly and the gel polish had lumps and bubbles in it. Also, my cuticle was cut too deeply as I discovered in the car it had been bleeding. Upon arriving I was advised the nail tech who does sns will be there within 10 minutes . She arrives and soaks my nail to then past me to the lady who was already there attending someone else . The lady who attended me had no filing experience and did what she thought was ok. She cut into my skin more than twice and kept blaming my skin and not her actions . She did an awful job and they still expected to be paid 35 . The guy who works there after seeing me cry refunded me 15, & she didn't even apologize . Never again! read more

All I can do is laugh! Walked in asked how much dip cost was told 40$. Requested to dip my hands in a bowl of acetone to remove the previous dip, instead of wrapping fingers, nail tech came back with bowl put my hands in and told me that would be an extra $10. Removed my hands expeditiously and asked why, was told I was using a lot of product so they had to charge me $10. I then requested to wrap my fingers because that was ridiculous. When my nails were finished soaking I was then told my REAL nails were too long and it would be an additional $5. I have never heard of a salon charging you extra for your real nails. Mind you I'm a nurse my nail were not long at all! Next I picked two colors white and a sparkly silver off the same key ring . The tech insisted the silver was chrome and wanted to charge an additional 15$. I reminded him that I got it off the same ring as the white color I chose. He then asked the manager about the color was told it was not chrome just looked very close. I was then told they will charge $5 for the silver because that was a "special" color. LMAO! If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would!! I am no stranger to getting my nails done. The work done here is shoddy, messy and doesn't last! Management lies and does not back up their work. I got my nails done with a set of sns dip. At the end when they put on the 'gel' coat when they were wiping the nails after it being under the light, it was already rubbing off from my thumb nail. Gel does not do this. It was fixed. One day later ALL of my nails peeled off like they were painted with a regular top coat. I have a life other than getting my nails done so I sucked it up. Then the nails started lifting and coming off on the 3rd day. Again...i am busy...but I stopped in the shop to tell the manager about what was going on. It was an hour before they were closing so he told me to come back tomorrow and they'd fix it. I call the next day to tell him id be in and he proceeds to now tell me he refuses to fix it because it was past 2 days. Sir...I was just speaking to you face to face and you promised for it to be fixed and now you're going back on your word?? It's too expensive for nails to last less than a week! THE WORST WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! SKIP THIS PLACE AND GO TO CHERRY BLOSSOM...SO MUCH BETTER THERE. read more
