It cost me $70 for Gel pedicure! They $20 extra for gel. I was pretty surprised. The lady kept hitting the toe nail and had to keep repainting. One side is darker than the other. Just not a good experience. read more

I will never visit this place again. I went in for a pedicure and left out in pain. I was nipped twice and one toe wouldn't stop bleeding. I stopped the pedicure and they still requested the $40 payment. I didn't even get my toes finished or painted. read more

I had to explain multiple times what i wanted because he spoke very little english. The polish job was horrendous, somehow he got black on one of my nails and didn't seem to care and left it ( my nails were meant to be white). Also some of the nails curved down weirdly and I could tell he noticed it but he didn't take the time to fix it. Not even 2 days later i scratched my back and one of the nails completely chipped off with very little pressure applied. I would not recommend! read more

My first visit there was amazing. They were very nice and welcoming. Their customer service was on point. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to pick a color. I wish I would have gotten her name but my nail tech was so thorough. She didn't rush through my nails she took her time.I will go again. read more

I asked for a full set and the guy doing my nails had no idea what he was doing. I told him I wanted to do a nude color and later on doing my nails he asked me which color I wanted so I just told him to do white. My coffin nails were not even, not even close to what coffin nails look like. My nails literally chipped after the next day and turned YELLOW. I will never be back. Would not recommend. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I walked in and asked for a pedicure and dip on my nails, I came in a little after 9:30 and didn't leave till noon. The man started my pedicure and then he swapped with a girl she had to go back and fix what he messed up and she did a better job. While I was getting my nails done the man was doing them and I left with more dip powder on my cuticles and sides of my fingers then I did on my actual nail. They where not even or straight nor was the color even on my nails. I spent 100$ and then had to go some where else and spend another 50$ to have them fixed. My mother, sister, and I have been going to this salon for manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow threading for two years. Though the family that runs the salon is very nice, lately we have been receiving substandard services. During my last pedicure, the gentleman working on me cut too deep into my cuticle and cut me under my toenail. Very painful. The massage and pumice stone potion of the pedicure was not relaxing. The white tips that were painted by another woman were sloppily done with polish left on my skin and the white line left uncompleted, chipped looking, and uneven on my toenails. I did not feel comfortable asking them to fix the flaws I saw. My mother ended up paying $50 for uneven and messy pink and white acrylic nails, even though their sign says that acrylics are only $40. The man working on her was the same gentleman that did my pedicure and he also hurt her. I would only recommend going here if you feel secure in being very directive and aggressive with how you instruct them to do your nails. read more

I tried to get in to 3 other places in the area (but they were too busy) and should have known better when they were dead on a Friday and could take me right away. They chopped off my well- maintained natural nails and applied the sloppiest gel manicure I've ever seen. I literally had to ask for a 3rd coat and my nails still aren't really covered. My nails were glued to my skin and the hot towels reeked of mildew. Total waste of $30. read more

They got me to come in after they had closed. I asked for a full set and the man doing them started cutting them before asking how long I wanted them, when I told him I wanted them longer he charged me double and he got an attitude, he didn't even compare my hands to see if they were all the same. On of my pinky nails is a lot longer than the other and one of my thumbs is as well. The paint is very thin and almost see through, they also charger me an extra $5 for a matte finish. I hate leaving negative reviews. However, this place is pretty awful. Natural nails Gel nail manicure, Natural nails Gel Nail pedicure, and waxing. Let's see what went right that day. No one was in the shop and my services were performed quickly. However quickly, does not mean quality. The gel nails not only chipped on my hands within 2 days but my nails starting splitting arms breaking off. My last service of this type was almost a year ago. I went by several times but they were closed even though the hours posted online and on the door stated they were opened. Fast Forward to when I finally was able to get inside during their posted hours, the owners were rude and obnoxious. I just wanted my nails fixed and to show them what a crap static job they performed. Everything was my fault, they even tried to dispute the day I went in when I have the receipt for proof. Believe the reviews. They are true. This place is horrible and over charged. Prices listed where not prices paid for the services. I wish I could give zero stars. Will not be back and will encourage others to enter at your risk. Sad because I love supporting small businesses. read more

They charged $35 for 10 minutes of facial waxing service for my mother the day before Christmas eve. Nobody attempted to make any polite small talk During those ten minutes. We are from Chicago and are accustomed to receiving better service for half the cost. Needs improvement. read more

I've been to this salon several times since moving to the area six months ago. My previous experiences have been OK. Until today. I don't know what was wrong with the lady doing my nails but she had a major attitude. After I left I looked at my nails in the day light and there were so many missed spots and so much polish on the skin as well as calluses that are typically smoothed down were left untouched. This place is great. The people don't have very good English, but they were very nice. Three of us went in together, so there was a bit of a wait. But I got to wait in a massage chair with my feet in hot jetted water, so I didn't mind. So, I'm not sure how to rate this. Until 11/22/2017, I'd been a loyal customer. Spending $45-70 every two weeks, depending on which services I wanted. However on the fore mentioned date, it was suggested to me by Hannah, one of the techs, and the owner's wife, that "maybe you should find some place else to do your nails, because you complain too much." To say that I was appalled would be an understatement. I bumped my nail, as it was drying, as most of us have done, to be corrected. She literally snatched the polish out of Philip's, her husband and shop owner hand. Again, i'd been a loyal customer for over 5 years, and I've witnessed her nasty and rude behavior before, but never quite been the recipient...Philip and Natalie are wonderful! Their attitude and understanding of customer service, has been part of the reason I continued to patronize this nail salon. They are also skilled nail technicians. Horrible customer service. My shellac polish was horribly done and touched my cutible therefore was chipping 3 days later. Not to mention, I paid a lot more then where I usually go where I receive straighter lines and complementary wine. Didn't even make small talk throughout the entire time. Horrible experience today. There is a sign on the wall stating that the customer has the right to refuse the drill. This is what I did. I never complained about the actual job to my overlay because I was satisfied: however, the paint job that the guy did was HORRIBLE. Every coat was uneven and sloppy and I was dissatisfied. I told the lady that I didn't like it and she blamed it on the fact that I refused a drill. This had nothing to do with the awful paint job that he did. I probably would have come out best doing my own paint. On top of that, she wasn't even concerned that I was dissatisfied even after I gave him a tip with my payment. I wish I could post these pix I have. This was my 2nd time going, and I will NOT be going back. My skin is painted, there are parts of my nail that doesn't have any paint on it. The man who painted my nails is older and seems to be an owner. The sides of my nails were not wiped off so the polish and my skin is fused together. Just horrible read more
