I've been coming here for years and I absolutely love the way that my full set looks when they're finished, they last a long time and it is done in a timely manner. It's been a while since I have been but I'm going in tomorrow after work to get my nails done for Christmas I'm so excited for them to look gorgeous again! I forgot the name of the one lady that did my nails the last time but she was great and I hope she is there tomorrow, she is thin with very long black hair. She doesn't speak much English but I can tell she understands what I want and always makes me feel understood. I get what other people mean when they say the employees are sometimes distracted by their own conversation, but I have NEVER felt as though I was being made fun of or laughed at by any means. When you walk in to a business such as this, you must treat them with kindness and respect or you probably will get talked about or laughed at. I'm a hair stylist and if I felt like a client was being rude or crass, I wouldn't be very happy doing their service either. I have only been treated kindly here and I hope my experience tomorrow goes the same way! It's 25$ total to get an acrylic full set which is beyond reasonable compared to the competition in the area. read more

Terrible! All my nails were beyond the finger tip and lady cut/filed them too short and left the edges sharp!! Took an hour and half! Polish was gunky and not to cuticle, so left with what looked like a week old mani. Four "gel" nails chipped the night of and I had to go back the next day to get fixed. Should have asked for my money back and gone elsewhere. Very disappointed to say the least, especially with the loss of length. read more

Meh. So, apparently all the nail shops are closed on Sunday's. I had found this place in Eastern Hills Mall. Since all the other nail shops are closed, this place was busy. Which I felt took the quality of the pedicure down a notch. My fault for waiting until Sunday to get a foot scrub. Clean. Yes. Friendly. Yes. Worth the $35 dollars for the deluxe pedi. No. I think they could have gotten a bit closer with the nail clipping. They left a good bit of paraffin wax on my daughter's leg. Plus the deluxe was to come with a message, which was barely there. I've been here a few times, and never will be back. Awful manicures. Once I went for a Mani in a pinch when I had a wedding to attend, and the gentleman doing my nails tried talking me into a pedi. I refused, but conceded to get a polish change on my toes. He sent me to an older woman in the back, who started literally yelling about how dirty my feet were and how she didn't want to touch them. Everyone I'm the shop was staring at me and I wanted to die. (I wasn't expecting to have my toes done, so I wasn't even worried about the state of my feet-- I had worked in my garden that morning.) She asked if I wanted my toe nails filed, I said sure (at my usual place, it's included) and I was stunned to be charged an extra $5 for the filing-- and it barely looked like she did anything. Yikes. This place gave the worst manicure I've ever had in my life. I asked for rounded tips and nobody knew what those were I had to pull up photos from Pinterest multiple times and that seems like basic 101 material as a nail tech I don't know how you could not know that. Even after showing them all those photos they still could not give me rounded tips and they look slanted with weird angles like a deranged person did it. The actual nail bad it's self look very lumpy and the gels that she put on was not smooth so even with the nail polish over the final product it looks lumpy underneath. Only go if you are desperate. I got a gel manicure. The guy rushed through it. The hand massage was not good. The worst part is, he missed a whole side part of my nail on my pinkie. I pointed it out, he kept saying something like it would be easier to remove like that. I feel like the polish was not up to the base of my nail. I could see my bare nail by my cuticle. He did a sloppy rushed job and was not friendly at all. I won't be going here again. This was my second visit and I was not happy my first visit last year. I purchased a gift certificate for my mother from here for Christmas. She passed away unexpectedly in February and I just tried to use it. Their gift certificates expire in 3 months. They don't tell you that when you buy it. When I questioned it she said it's for tax purposes. Right. As lovely as the girls were that work/own the salon....I have to say that this was the fastest mani-pedi I have ever received. Pleasant atmosphere...looked pretty clean...but my service wasn't great. Maybe I should've let her know that I do that for a living as well. I had a pedicure on the 26th of May. The man who did my pedicure was not only scary ( he was creepy, kind of like he was super tired and on something) . He did not clean my nails, did not work on my heels. I let my polish dry, I had my flip flops on, went home and put my slipper on and the all smudged! The polish wasn't even covering all my nail. This all cost me 30.00$ My advice, do NOT go there and if you do stay away from the scary looking man! read more

Very friendly, and great pedicures! I got the deluxe spa one which includes a hot towel wrap, massage of feet and legs, sugar scrub, and hot wax dip. When she painted my nails I decided to also have a flower painted on my big toes and it turned out really cute! Total came to $40...alot less expensive that other places I've been to. read more

Poor customer service- My sister was going to a wedding and wanted a pedicure, I recommended nail trix since I've had my nails done there once in the past.My sister wanted to treat me to a pedicure as well. I was a little unsure but decided to go with it. Off guard my legs weren't looking at best. The whole time the workers spoke their language.Laughed non stop leaving myself and my sister feeling uncomfortable. They try to offer only 3or 4 colors for painting our toes. We didn't even want to let our toes dry there. They can never ever get my money nor any recommendations. I spent the rest of that day feeling crappy because I recommended that place to me sister and she had an awful experience..Shame on them. read more

Absolutely the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The guy took two phone calls while doing my acrylics. I asked for almond shape and he gave me round and barely filed them. When I asked him if he could shape them slightly more he said they looked fine but several of them where still almost square. I would recommend to anyone who wants to look cheap I guess. read more

Horrible place. Not clean. People are not friendly. They are too busy doing other things instead of focusing on "you". I waited an hour 1/2 to get waited on. After I got my nails done, I ended up with a fungus that they tried to blame on another place I went to. You don't get your own packets with your own buffer in it...they use the municipal one on you, which I was told they use it for a week and then get a new one! That's a lot of people and germs! I wanted this place to work for me because it was a very convenient location for me, but I will never go there again. It was terrible. read more

I had my nails done on Wed. and today Friday they hurt like H*$$ and when I went there to see what they could do and they said that they did nothing wrong even though my nails have been hurting since I left there. Never go here if you want to be understood, know how you want your nails, DON'T want to be on the receiving end of a wench that keeps her two children there and gets irritated if you ask questions. There are only 1 1/2 English speaking people there. They hardly understand English and then speak amongst themselves like you are not about to pay them four hours of your salary money that you worked for. I will never go here again. I wanted my two cracks repaired and gel polish and a pedicure. That cost 65.00! My nails weren't shaped the way I requested, they are too square. I was too emotionally exhausted to complain. I learned a 75.00 lesson, and will never go here again. My real nails, which I have worn successfully with gel polish, not gel acrylic that I was forced into are now covered in the stuff and probably ruined unless I soak this crap off, and start anew. worst nail place I have ever been too. none of these people understand english... I walked into this place and asked for solid colored nails and somehow ended up with french tips. I continued to argue that I wanted a color but no one understood what I was saying and the only thing I could understand was "white tips". finally I nodded so the people would stop yelling at me. I asked for almond shaped nails and no one knew what that meant. I showed them a picture and they said it would cost extra even though it is just a coffin shape with a rounded tip. the guy asked me if I wanted square nails, I said round and he gave me square. I kept asking him to make them shorter... he didn't understand me. there were several air bubbles in my nails and everyone was telling me they looked horrible. I went back the next day hoping to get the nails fixed for free since it had been their mistake. they charged me $15 on top of $35 the next day and I still didn't like how they looked. it is a week later and my acrylics are loose and polish is peeling off. read more
