I'm happy with the results. They're a little shorter than I would've liked, but my nails were weak from the acrylic, and some nails grew more than others and had to be evened out. Cece started rushing me all the time, taking on multiple customers at the same time, getting frustrated when you asked question and the quality of the work just declined. So I showed her a picture, but right away she started doing something different. I'm learning to speak up for myself so nervously I told her I'm not sure if I like the design on my nails because maybe it works best for people with a different nail shape or complexion. I'm not sure if it was a communication issue, she wanted to go home early, or just in a bad mood, but she didn't like that at all. She got really angry, yanked my hands and yelled at me "YOU'RE A TEACHER WHY ARE YOU SO SLOW?!" When I tell you I was in shock... I have never been talked to that way by anyone in my life. I stayed calm, told her to please not speak to me like that and asked her to just give me the same color I always get. I paid for my service, tipped her like I always have and got the hell out of there. I will never return to that place!!

I went to a few places, kissed a few frogs, but all I got were a couple of warts (metaphorically) until I found Kym at Le Nails!! She really took the time to listen to me, and I felt like I was able to convey my desires for the result I'm hoping to achieve. Kym did a beautiful job on my nails and I love the atmosphere in the salon. It's fun and lively and didn't feel elitist or judgmental, which can happen at salons. They were not distracted and made a nice effort to connect with us. The atmosphere was very relaxing, music was pleasant in the background, and the level of hygiene was noteworthy. A new packet of nail implements was opened containing sterile reusable tools and a new package of disposable files and a buffer was opened too. The meticulous application of polish was exceptional. The cost was comparable to others in the area, selection of polish or applications available too. Note they prefer cash (well who doesn't?). We will be returning!
