It was an easy reservation system and I received many updates via text, which was nice. It is also an easy check in system, with a computer, when you enter the facility. The crazy dude also has anger management issues - he was ridiculously rough with my sisters feet. Any time she asked him to go slow; he would make a face and ignore her. When her got to her hands, she told him to slow down again and he basically got up, threw down his instruments and said someone else will do it for you. At this point, we paid and left - because he had now started screaming at his coworker in a different language, and she was in tears soon. People were shocked and just watching. My nails were half done when we left and I still paid for them. The place is very expensive for the service we received - $55 for a lavender pedi with a 15 min massage. The massage just had the lady rub her hands over the same part of my legs for 15 min, completely disappointing. The shape of my nails is like an inverted spoon. Lily's nails look like someone bit her. Never recommending anyone go here, honestly. I know I'm never ever going back.

They were running behind and had two people working on me at once. One on my hands and one on my feet. While I appreciate efficiency, the manicure was completely rushed. The polish application is messy, uneven, and pooled around my cuticles. It lacks the professional, crisp finish you expect when paying for a premium tier. To make it worse, the hand massage included in the luxe package was skipped entirely. The staff asked if I liked the results and were reinforcing how good it looked, but they were looking right at my hands. They could see the messy edges and uneven coats for themselves.
