Love this place! Theresa is the Manager and she is a rock star! So kind, so welcoming! She runs around helping the staff, answering the phone and checking on her customers. She also gives a fantastic manicure and head massage. She is a tiny little lady but very strong. I decided to get the JellyPedicure and it was heaven! I have no idea what the substance is but it smells so good and just feels wonderful. Vivian did my pedicure. She was very detailed and did a nice job. The salon is clean and bright. Vivian and Amy were amazing! Amy expertly applied the TAP gel refill and gel polish manicure while Vivian provided excellent pedicure services with gel polish. I am VERY particular about my polish, however, I needed not worry as there was not a drop out of place. Seriously, it was flawless. The service was also second to none. As a recent implant to the Atlanta area, Vivian provided me the most comprehensive list of restaurant recommendations and as a foodie, I am so appreciative!! She also gives the best shoulder and neck massages and the hot tea is delicious! Went in for a full set and ended up going to Buckhead Nail Lounge afterwards to salvage the shenanigans this place did to my hands. I was really pleased with the care I received. They listened, took my direction and took their time with my classic manicure and pedicure. Teresa especially, made me feel valued. She even went back to fine-tune the work done by another technician, to make certain it met her high standards. It is important to me, to be the total focus of the work being done. I have yet to be disappointed coming here. I actually found this location by mistake, a coworker and I were looking for a nail salon near our job for some "after work self-care". We visited 2 locations in the area prior, one location wouldn't see us because they had become appointment only and the other did not acknowledge us after waited 15 minutes so we left. The next nail salon to pop up was Nail USA and its been history since. Unlike like most nails salon, even when busy they will not rush your service to prevent other customers from leaving. They will not start your service, leave to go finish other services they have started. If they are closing they will not accept clientele and rush their service to squeeze every dime they can. Which I love, I rather wait for quality service. Everyone at this location is friendly and welcoming I feel Like I'm talking to friends it never a dull moment The nail salon is always clean and does not have the overwhelming smell of acrylic, thank the lord! I've been going a little over 2 months and my nail technician remembers me already! She know how I like my nails cut, the shape, she know I want a matte top coat, even down to colors I would like ALREADY! I mean I've been living in Atlanta for almost 3 years and have never received this type of... treatment! . I had an appointment scheduled, for 10am but I was kept waiting for over 15 minutes past the scheduled time with no apology or explanation. The non toxic polish called Dazzle Dry is awesome! No more filing, buffing, soaking in acetone ... The polish dries in 5 mins!!!!!!! Mine lasted almost 4wks. My go to place in sandy springs has always been Hammond nails. But it's gotten more expensive. Crowded. You can never go without an appt. and they just aren't very nice. And a friend has been trying out other places. First of all, parking lot is awful. I hate the Kroger parking lot. But Cindy did an awesome job. And she is so nice which is important for me. She also asked exactly how I wanted my nails shaped. Hammond nails Has never asked this. She did a much better job with my pedicure than HN ever did. The massage was not as good as HN though. But worth losing this to get a better pedicure. Will be going back here! read more

So my usual nail place wasn't able to take me at the time I needed, and I called Nail USA. Luckily Nail USA was able to take me as soon as I walked in. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a worker who asked what services I needed. I chose a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. Let's start with the pedicure. It was one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. The tech did not rush, and he really made sure he did a good job. While getting my pedicure, another tech was starting on my nails. I chose a pretty orange color, which is perfect for the fall. Honestly, they have tons of great colors that most shops don't have. Their neutral selection is amazing! Overall, the shop looks very nice. There are gorgeous white marble floors and marble counter tops. They played soft music the entire time. The techs even tried to get to know me, which is a plus! The entire experience was very relaxing, and I was pleased. I'd love to try this nail shop again. I wish they had some sort of rewards program, though. My hair stylist is now at a salon in the same shopping center, so I decided to give Nail USA a try - one stop shopping. The salon is very clean & Tracey did a wonderful job on my nails (acrylic fill-in w/gel polish). She didn't bombard me with questions or try to up sell. I will definitely go back after my next hair appointment. The reason for only 4 stars? They have about 8 chairs for nails and I was the only one sitting there (several people where getting pedis); I pulled the chair next to me closer and placed my purse in the chair. After a few minutes, one of the technicians removed my purse, draped the strap over the chair I was sitting and replaced the empty chair. It was very weird, but I didn't say anything. When I left an hour later, that chair and 5 others were still empty. read more

Like many nail salons it doesn't seem to matter if you make an appointment. Visiting my sister she made us an appointment for a Mani and pedicure. We were both seated at the pedicure bath to soak. After 15 minutes they began working on her while I continued soaking...and soaking. My sister was finish and they hadn't even started me, sigh. Glad we didn't have any other plans. While they started on me my sister went and did errands. Not exactly how we planned but oh well. In spite of the timing the Mani/pedi were wonderful. The nail tech in the picture did a horrible job on my toes. She was rushing the whole time, she cut my left big toe way to short to where you can see my skin. It hurt when she was filing it. When I tried to say something she just rudely says "well I didn't cut your skin , yes I cut it shorter than the other toe, but so what you want" her exact words. What was meant to be a relaxing pedicure was a horrible experience. I replied well there's nothing you can do, I was just letting you know now I have uneven nails on big toes. I went on a Monday so it was quiet. I was the only customer during the hour and I got a regular spa pedicure. Prices are about the same as other spots ($25) in the area and I think Thao did a great job with my toes. She took great care with cleaning up my cuticles and her little foot massage was great. I think because it wasn't busy, she let me sit in the massage chair longer while my toes dried. I loved that! Most places shoo you off the moment they finish. I know Kroger receipts provide a small discount if you present it. I will need to remember that next time. I plan on getting my nails done next time with Nails USA. They may become my go to spot now! Only feedback: if there is a customer, employees shouldn't play their phone volume out loud. One employee, not Thao, was watching a show on their phone. I have come to this location for over a year for all of my pedicure and manicures. It's always clean, everyone working is incredibly polite and the prices are excellent. The ladies here are not always treated well and deal with some tough clients. I have witnessed them being yelled at simply because a woman was very late to her appointment and demanded to be seen even thought all chairs were busy!!
