Everything is truly lovely at this salon. Every detail has been thought through. The massage chairs are excellent, the ambiance is peaceful and there are so many gel colors to choose from. Today I had exceptional service from Bruce, who went above and beyond with his gentle professional touch during my pedicure. I went for a mani pedi. Had gel taken off and sns put on my nails, regular for my toes. The gentleman who did my mani had a cold, he kept coughing and sniffling and was clearly sick. No mask, no tissues, it was unsanitary. Also, he nicked the skin of four of my nails with the little electric file/sanding tool. He did not use any sanitizer or alcohol to disinfect my cuts. Extremely disappointed. My friend had a manicure with James and he was amazing. And then when we went to check out, the person couldn't figure out how to charge us and we had to ask for help from James. It took so long. Will not be back. read more

I come here often to get SNS mani and pedicures. The staff is friendly and the service is great! James, Sydney, Minh and Tracy are fabulous!

The workers are very nice, but the lady who sat me for my manicure directed me to a spot that had clearly been occupied by someone else (empty wine glass and obviously used towel laid out). They didn't bring me a fresh towel, and then the lady doing my manicure kept attempting to use the used, dirty towel to clean my cuticles. Deeply unsanitary and disgusting. Just terrible. I got my nails done (dip powder /tips) before a cruise. I am aware that Dip Powder can be very delicate, especially when adding tips. I am well aware that one has to be careful with them, much more so than with acrylics. I--like a lot of ladies--just like the delicate, more natural look. I say these things to establish that this is certainly NOT my first Dip Powder rodeo ... I decided last minute that--instead of getting both a mani and a pedi done on the cruise asking I had originally planned--I would get my nails done before instead to save a little money and I would only get a pedicure on the boat. Another reason being that they didn't actually do dip powder on the boat, if I wanted tips, I HAD to get acrylic powder, sculpted nails. I went in on a Thursday before my Saturday departure to get them done. They looked pretty enough. I figured you can't really go wrong with the "palest pink" almond/squoval tipsThey could have been done a little better, for the $61+$10 tip, but I wasn't going to complain. I went in there kind of last-minute without an appointment at like 6:45pm or 7pm (they close at 8pm and just wanted SOMETHING before the cruise. So, with a little hesistation, I think left "Somewhat Satisfied". The next day--seemingly without provocation--one just fell off. No, it didn't break. it just fell off. and that just began a domino effect: leading to TWO nails falling off at the tip and one breaking off. By that Tuesday on the cruise I was down to 6 tips... and even the ones that did remain were just ugly and peeling. i couldn't take it anymore. So I went ahead and had Cloud 9 on Carnival do my nails. I paid the $170--yes, $170! + $38 tip. While I was on thrme cruise. I emailed Parisian explaining the situation and sending picutures. I knew that if I went back with the already redone nails, that they wouldn't necessarily administer a refund. read more

I was very excited about visiting this location as it has been some time since I have gotten my hands and feet done being a newer mommy. Last time about 3 weeks ago I visited and got a powder set on my natural nails and a pedicure. The place is beautiful and music is great 5/5 and customer service is good as well 4/5. My pedicure was amazing as I was skeptical about who was doing it, I never had someone who did my pedicure that looked like me and did an excellent job. She didn't cut me or anything and my feet still look good now! Then comes my nails. The first visit my nails were short but I only do natural and was recommended to try the powder to protect them and allow them to grow. I think RG was the guys name who did them and he didn't disappoint. I was concerned with the price but I asked for a lot and I guess I get the location may be a factor too. $110+tip all together with my feet over $200 I loved my experience so I figured on my birthday, yesterday I would return. I was walking in so I get that they were a little busy but I asked for my same guy and the one on the phone said he was about to leave. When I arrived he was still there and worked on two more clients so that was a lie. Then the other guy was kind of rough with my nails asking me to relax but cutting up my cuticles. I did say ouch a few times but he still proceeded. I showed the designs I wanted and he acted as if he understood and could do them. I do understand that length plays a factor but design, creativity and quality do as well. I've been getting my nails done this ways for years in many cities and NEVER spent over $80! He proceeded to add some pink glitter, (which I thought was gold because of the bottle) when I asked for gold and cheap looking stones vs the AB stones I received before. I also asked if they would be thinner towards the tip and he said yes they would and are not. He shaved inside my nails so I surely hope once removed they are not damaged because then what would be the point right?! The nails are not ugly but they aren't looking like the $117+ tip that I paid for! I'm honestly upset because it was my birthday and I expected better treatment and care. I didn't care about how much I spent but would have liked to be pleased and happy with what I received. Not sure I will be returning after this last visit unfortunately. read more

Manager is short and rude. Lady who did my SNS SUCKS!!!! She cut me on every single finger. Filed crooked. And cut my nails shorter than what I told her. Messed me all up. $92 for what!!!!! Go elsewhere people. Oh and I was there for 2.5 hours!!! WTF. Horrible. Just horrible. And the lady who did my feet, was nice but didn't polish correctly. She missed sides and tips of my toes. They were great till I caught them in a lie. I went to get my nails done by Tracey 2 weeks ago. I had broken nails from 3 weeks retention, I'm really busy so I don't have time to get my nails done a lot so she recommended sns which I know lasts me at least 3-4 weeks from Pryor shops I've been too. My nails started falling off at 2 weeks. I went in to go get the 2 nails fixed and the lady who fixed them told me i had acrylic. She fixed it & put it on as acrylic but Tracey was dipping my fingers in the same powder. It was clearly not applied correctly because my nails shouldn't be falling off after 2 weeks. So all in all I realize I got charged for sns instead of acrylic in which I actually received and I also paid for the two nails that fell off due to the artist application. I spent $80 on my nails just for a faux "sns" set with no design. And I always tip her $20! After this I won't be going back to chop shops. This makes me sad because I really liked it here but I feel like just another number to them. I need to find an honest freelance artist who actually cares about their customers. ): read more

I've been here a few times. I originally started coming here only for my feet but I ended up giving them a try on my hands. One of the ladies did a Good job on my French SNS. I specifically appreciated her dedication and the lady who done my toes even took her time. I thought I'd found new nail techs!! It was a good experience overall. I tipped $30!!! My most recent visit here however.. was not good at all. The nail techs don't come on time, and the guy who done my nails was literally smoking a hookah pen while doing my nails. My nails look absolutely awful. The color I have doesn't match the color example, my natural nails are coming out from under the SNS so much the sharpness of my natural nails is unbearable. My nail color is also pretty much see through and the texture feels super grainy. This NEVER happens with SNS. After sitting in the chair for 1 hr there was no way I was going to stay a minute longer to get it fixed. I just will never ever go back. These nails techs are so inconsistent, and they are having to hire new ones so often you can't guarantee you'll ever get the same one. I'm not impressed at all . read more

This is my second time here as I live in the building so it's super convenient, but I would come here even if it wasn't super close. They take their time with your nails and constantly check to make sure you like them throughout the process. I had just moved in near by and decided to try this place out. Because I'd spent the week moving, my hands and feet were not only in awful shape, but they hurt SO SO BAD. I was desperate for some TLC, so I double masked and bit the bullet (I should also note that I hadn't had a haircut or waxing let alone a mani/pedi since before Covid started and was super anxious.... BUT the staff wore masks and I felt safe). ANYWAYS. Since they were doing a 20% off special, I went for whatever the pedi was below the more expensive and it was so worth it--actually the hot stone massage alone was worth it! Nice establishment, but the Nail tech Linn has personal issues with me for some odd reason which I'm believing that her brother, which is the owner of the shop has told me that" I do not TIP ... as long as I've been going to the shop myself, and my fiancé has spent good money with this establishment... granted I work 9 to 5 and sometimes I had to cancel my appointment due to traffic and getting off work later than expected. However Linn has had a nasty attitude ... it's a shame that this company takes personal matters out on the customers for no particular reason... FYI tips are optional, even though I do Tip.
