It has been open for a few months now and is located across the street from Heinen's. I am impressed with how clean and modern looking it is. There is a computer checkin upon arrival, and after picking a nail color, I was offered water, coffee, or tea-either green or ginger tea. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I got an eyebrow wax, and Serenity mani/pedi. Pedi chairs are very comfortable with full massage function. My nail tech was Mila, offered me a variety of "flavors" for the type of scents to be used during my pedi, which included a massage, mask, heated towel wrap, and exfoliation. This is a wonderful place with hardworking and sincerely nice employees who seem to enjoy their work. Great quality products and attention to detail in the mani/pedis. They really take time during the massage - this isn't like other nail salons that make you feel like you are being rushed or an inconvenience. I will definitely be going back and I encourage others to do so-support this small business!

I wanted a pedicure and to have my acrylic nails filled and I'm so picky about my nails. Tracy is the owner she is a delightful, kind and Amazing woman with a beautiful heart. My pedicure was fabulous and I just relaxed enjoy the moment. The ambience in the colors of the room and the music playing and just relaxed me and put me into a Zen state. The last place that had done my nails had a wreck them and I was embarrassed even show them to anyone her eyes popped when she saw them. She said don't worry we will fix you right up. My nails are so beautiful I cannot believe it they look exactly like my own nails and the color she chose for me is out of this world. The gel chipped off the very next day and has been lifting and chipping in multiple areas in the 2-3 days following service. My entire manicure took her 20 min or less to do including taking off the previous gel polish. The pictures with this review are from 3 days after the service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They offer terrible service a d quality for an expensive price.

The vibe is pleasant and I am always offered a beverage. However, I had one bad experience with a manicure by "new talent". She didn't round the corners of my nails and they were sharp; the polish started peeling on some nails after only 4 days. There is a lot of turnover of staff there and I have not had consistency.

Once the lady had seated me and began working my friend had followed since no further instruction was given except to follow her. As she worked on my nails she sent my friend to get the specific type of nail polish and seemed to get annoyed when my friend had no idea what to grab even though she gave her no instruction. Both me and my friends have gotten acrylics and they were OK. The French tip was very uneven and my friends nails broke after a few days. overall OK experience and nice people but not great but good.
